The Trade Bank of Iraq announced today, Monday, the imminent opening of the cash deposit center in the Karkh side.
The bank's media advisor, Aqil Al-Shuwaili, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Based on the directives of the respected Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, to provide the best services to citizens, the Trade Bank of Iraq announces the imminent opening of the (Cash Deposit Center)."
He explained that "this center receives all cash deposits only for all customers," indicating that "this is a new service that the bank will launch with the aim of providing the best services to customers, and to contribute to reducing the pressure of cash deposits on its other branches in Baghdad."

First of all - what Jeannie mentioned the idea of R&R and you already have that in your QFS account that you will activate at the exchange at the RC.
Rates are higher at the RC. What you need to realise it’s already in that account and you’ll get that card with the biometric access and username and password and a five digit pin for you alone.
And also a brand new email for this purpose and it might be gmail (very secure these days) Also a new password for that email.
Those are the steps to set up that account and get the card – you don’t charge on this card it’s only for moving funds to your Primary Account and you can have up to three other banks (so a total of three) and also you’ll get a credit/debit card for your primary account.
So you move funds from the QFS to your Primary Account. How much can you move for 60 days - it can be millions or even a billion.
Bruce is using four LLC’s and a master account and four separate accounts set up within that Master Account – rather than Foundations and Trusts. So for Bruce that is set up already.
Let’s talk about SS increases - I don’t know if I mentioned this on Tuesday it won’t be in Oct but in November. So if you receive SS and you can sign up 6 months before your 62nd birthday. Some are going to not even going to touch it till 70 and over.
It’s up to you. But those new increases will be in November in the second week of the month for that increase of 80 – 100% increase. This came from Bruce source at SS. We’ve been told four or five times it’s coming and of course we are still waiting
Now what is happening right now – in terms we do watch the Iraqi dinar and we have heard it wasn’t on Forex yesterday or today and we thought it would be – now we are hearing Friday night or Sunday and Bruce is betting Sunday when the Forex comes back up so 5 pm Sunday.
So here is the next part this is good – so Bond Holders have been told they are receiving their emails when they can have access to their accounts Today tomorrow or Saturday. OR maybe ALL of those three days to have access to funds and Bruce believes access will be Tuesday –
and in keeping with the shotgun start is being called a rollout and that the toll free numbers to us possibly over the weekend and also hearing maybe Monday morning or mid morning and received in those emails from WF and we know RC staff going in staggered
- so why would they be there - for setting our appoinments at the RC so Bruce thinks Monday and appointments Tuesday 22nd.
Well BRICS are intending to bring out their Reserve Currency on the 22nd, and of course we’ve all had back walls come and go but I do believe now we’ll get our emails Monday and exchanges Tuesday and most of our sources agree with that –
and of course we are open at to at ANY TIME and we’ve also heard the Admirals groups are funding those accounts but so far no one has received notification of funds in their accounts and that might be exactly with us on Monday 21st.
That’s a long way around of telling you about this back wall but we should get this thing moved through and go through on into a week of November for exchanges
- once you see the toll free number in your emails or from us - for everyone that is registered. When you get that call and set your appointment - Bruce saying there are six call centres and you’ll call and then be re-routed according to your postcode and you should then speak with a Live Human Being and most likely one you’ll be meeting at your exchange.
We are looking at a high contract rate with the Dinar and on par with the Zim and the other currencies are between $3 - $6.50 (although he wasn’t specific about the Dong) - make sure you have all your Identification documents with you and also your presentation. And don’t forget your currency - don’t mix just separate them by denominations separately. Like with Like.
Makes it’s easier for the people at the exchange.

The Ministry of Interior announced, today, Monday, the issuance of the first national card outside the country.
A statement by the ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said:
"Under the supervision of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and through the intensive follow-up of the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir al-Shammari, and in a step that is the first in the history of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, the first national card was issued at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the British capital, London, after the opening of a special office for issuing national cards there."
The statement added, "It is hoped that the Ministry of Interior will open a number of national card issuance

I’d Choose a bank that is Basel III compliant that will/currently exchange foreign currencies. Just Chill, be patient until the blessing is announced. 
Stop bombarding these bank tellers calling going into banks asking about dinar exchange. Waste of time unless you want to feel ‘important’ & try getting ‘insight’
Just open up an account build rapport & go home and/or If you have an account already
JUST CHILL, be PATIENT until the rate changes on forex & then go into bank to exchange.
You will NOT miss when they announce the new rate. SIMPLE as 1,2,3…
