MZ: I hoped we would get news today, but it is still VERY quiet. Some rumors about Iraq announcing new bills on the street in the next day or two but otherwise, very quiet.
Member: I heard ATMS are loaded in Iraq
Member: Chaz Carter says everyone is shut down with NDA’s. Nobody is talking about anything. This is what we have been waiting for guys…..
Member: This is exactly what we hae been waiting for. It is eerily quiet. They have really cracked down on any leaks which is good news. Even with the bond folks.
Member: I wonder how long can Iraq stay in Limbo with their Budget ???
Member: I don't think Iraq can wait too much longer to be able to move ahead with their internal and international agendas!
MZ: The only think I am getting from inside Iraq is they plan to announce new bills this week . Does this mean lower denominations?
MZ: but it’s quiet on almost every RV front. Nothing overly exciting in the news but nothing negative.
Member: Frank excited this evening. And he says-oh it's a float not on RV. A RI.
Membr: Frank said Sudani meeting with CBI possibly this week.
Member: Don't expect this big RV all at once. BRICS still doing things and exposure still happening. Expect Iraq to RI first.
Member: RI is Re-instatement…..If Iraq released the former rate of $3.22 or so …I would be very excited…..Just wish somebody would do something.
Member: Reuters: Iraq and French oil Total energies signed a $27 billion energy deal that aims to increase oil production and boost the countries capacity.
MZ: This is not something they would do if you had a useless currency on the international stage. It doesn’t make sense that Iraq would not change the rate quickly.
Member: MARK Z. Iraq has another holiday this week and their New Years is Tuesday the 18th. Hmmmm

Member: Hello all, I went to the Credit Union today for a large withdrawal. They didn't ask what it was for AND the teller asked if I had seen the new money yet which "should be arriving soon"
Member: Went to the bank today and I asked the teller if they were going to be a redemption center, she said probably, then I asked her if she was going to become a wealth manager, she shook her head yes and said I don't know what I am going to do…..It is our local bank small town.
MZ: “India and Tanzania started trade settlements in local currencies” and “Trade with India starts in rupees tomorrow” This is between Bangladesh and India. They are only trading in India rupees. This is all de-dollarization and these are BRICS countries.
Member: Dr Scott says BRICS is the alliance. …every country will have their own currency based on their own resources…. nobody will rip them off anymore.
Member: BRICS have been around for years working on de-dollarization.
Member: What would be the chances that the RV would wait until after BRICS comes out with their gold backed currency in August?
Member: I think it’s a good chance that will happen. The evil cabal in charge of the US is not going to let it go until they have absolutely no choice….imo
Member: Mark, does the BRICS new asset backed currency that has been announced to be revealed in late August have any bearing on our release?
Member: I wonder -do all the countries have to be asset backed before RV?
Member: I'm praying this RV into existence! We all need it !
Member: Waiting for this to 'go' is like waiting in line for eons to get on that ferris-wheel and just as you're up to go next; the ride dies. It seizes. You are waiting, then you are just plain let down.

Al-Sudanis advisor reveals the reason for not implementing the budget law - it may require a state orderShafaq News/ Today, Sunday, the financial and economic advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed the reason why the budget law has not been implemented until now, despite it being published in the Official Gazette (Al-Waqee’).
Salih told Shafaq News agency, “The federal general budget for the three years 2023-2025 begins to come into effect practically since the aforementioned law was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Iraq, but there are two factors affecting the start of implementation immediately, the first: that the Ministries of Finance and Planning issue implementation instructions The general budget law for the current fiscal year, which will extend until the year 2025 on the one hand, and on the other hand, it turns to an issue through which the government may wait for a solution to the problematic of the paragraphs that were appealed to the Federal Court and which relate to the articles added by the House of Representatives to the previously approved draft budget law From the Council of Ministers and submitted to Parliament for legislation.
He added, “The added legal issues and materials that are related to the issue of separation of powers or adding articles that constitute a spending burden on the public budget and fall outside the powers specified by the constitution for the House of Representatives when preparing the legislation of the budget law, noting that the power of the House of Representatives to amend except for legislation are (reducing expenditures and transferring between chapters and chapters).
And that “the government is currently awaiting the implementation of the budget law, it may obtain (a state order) from the Federal Court to suspend the articles or legal texts contested in the budget law in order to be frozen or suspended without implementation and proceed with implementation in the rest of the paragraphs until the issuance of the final decision of the Federal Court.” And for this reason, I see that these factors are the essential constraints awaiting the implementation of the General Budget Law so far, especially after the law was issued in the Official Gazette.
On Monday (June 26), the official Iraqi Gazette published by the Ministry of Justice published the text of the general budget law for the years (2023, 2024, and 2025).
And the Iraqi parliament voted, on June 12, on the federal budget law for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, after discussions that lasted for five days.
The value of the current year budget is 197 trillion and 828 billion Iraqi dinars (about 152.2 billion dollars), with a total deficit of 63 trillion dinars (48.3 billion dollars), while the items of the 2023 and 2024 budgets have not been published.

Miembro: Espero que todos hayan tenido un gran fin de semana. Ahora volvamos al trabajo para averiguar qué está pasando realmente... ¿Llegan vehículos recreativos?
MZ: Estamos esperando... y la mayoría de mis fuentes están de acuerdo en que deberíamos tener una primera parte de esta semana llena de acción con noticias.
MZ: Con suerte, obtendremos algo que disipe el rumor de que no habrá RV hasta "muy adelante" o 2024 o lo que sea...
MZ: El mundo está en un punto de inflexión o punto de ebullición. ¿Crees que realmente pueden esperar hasta el próximo año? ¿Eso de alguna manera calcula contigo? no conmigo.
MZ: Están tratando de mantener el borde “nublado”, especialmente en Irak. Así que cuando escuches estas cosas, no entres en pánico.
MZ: “Basora espera con ansias los resultados de “Trillion dinares” de fondos de petrodólares” Están buscando dinero procedente de las ventas de petróleo… en la región kurda. Y la financiación de proyectos que vienen junto con esa financiación... Esta es solo una pista más de que la ley HCL está llegando... si es que aún no se ha hecho.
MZ: “Esfuerzos iraníes para negociar con dinares iraquíes en lugar de dólares estadounidenses” Este es interesante….Hemos unido exitosamente a Irak e Irán…”Amigonemies” Estos vecinos de al lado a veces se agradan y otras veces se odian. Los unimos debido al deseo de Estados Unidos de controlar todo el petróleo iraquí. Ahora Irak e Irán están presionando para hacer más comercio transfronterizo... no con USD sino con dinares iraquíes.
Miembro: en enero se informó que EE. UU. no estaba contento de que Irak estuviera comprando gas y electricidad de Irán en USD. Ahora tiene sentido que comercien en moneda común como socios comerciales.
MZ: “El peso colombiano supera al peso mexicano como la moneda más fuerte frente al dólar-dice Financial Times” Esto es en base a porcentajes. Se están enfocando en productos básicos en Colombia... como producción real, agricultura y manufactura. Todas estas cosas son necesarias para tener una economía real.
MZ: Estamos viendo hablar de Nesara/Gesara en otros países por figuras clave... no por los que usan sombreros de papel de aluminio de la teoría de la conspiración. Estamos hablando de personas muy conectadas y líderes políticos de todo el mundo lo están discutiendo. No como aquí en los Estados Unidos donde lo ignoran y esperan que nadie lo note.
Miembro: (De Dinar Guru) Guru Frank26 Pregunta: "¿Cuánto tardaría un flotador externo: un día, una semana, un mes?" Todos son diferentes... este se basa... en el tiempo que se ha tardado, Dios mío, se suponía que solo tardaría 10 años, se ha tardado el doble de esa cantidad... En primer lugar, queremos que al menos sea 1 a 1...¿Cuánto tardará en llegar a $1,50 a 1? En mi opinión, porque lleva mucho tiempo, probablemente dentro de 1 mes. ¿Cuánto tardaría en llegar a $2 a 1? A esa misma velocidad. Probablemente dentro de dos o tres meses. ¿Cuánto tardaría en llegar a lo que era: $3,22 y tal vez $3,86? Probablemente en menos de 6 meses.
MZ: Simplemente no escucho que es un flotador como lo es Frank...
