Member: Mark I do have a question. Who has the authority to flip the switch and start the RV.

MZ: As we understand it there is a crew of 6-7 individuals that decide the timing. Some of those are in the Chinese banking families that are putting up the gold (not associated with the CCP) 

Member:  The rumor is the whales are getting paid this week…..fingers crossed.

MZ: So now for the rumors running around. My finance ministry connection in Iraq is very excited. We are getting reports that they did indeed put the budget into effect today. And we will see those articles  all over the papers tomorrow morning. 

MZ: He says this was an enormous, key piece that needed to be done before they could change the value. 

MZ: The banking side is very quiet. Some group folks are supposed to get some updates this evening. I do not know if they will be able to share or not. Depends on sensitivity and do not want to compromise their position. I do not blame them.

Member: once we sign NDA’s I will be as quiet as a mouse too. 

MZ: Overall still positive stuff. Nothing negative. I don’t have a great idea on timing but they still are looking between the 15th and the 18th…If this is accurate tomorrow should be a wham bam day. I really hope they are. 

Member: Tomorrow is the 18th…so something needs to happen tonight.

MZ: Nothing new but I do have a call with my best CMKX contact on Wed. Should know more then. 

Member: since there is so much activity going on in Iraq, do you still think all the currencies will go in one basket, or will Iraq go solo?

Member: I remember hearing that all the countries will Revalue to their currencies real value …and then the reset will happen when all world currencies will be at parity of 1 to 1…so shortly after the RV- we will have a reset…hope thats right. 

MZ: This is a great article “ Breaking: New Gold Backed Currency launching Aug 22”  From the Birch Gold Group.  41 countries are on the waiting list to join. They are giving us dates…to me this is solid proof a reset is coming. Sound money…commodity backed money is coming.  

MZ: Try not to lose hope or faith this close to the finish line. 

Member: If BRICS goes gold-backed the dollar will drop/fail...so what will that do to our RV if we do not go gold backed at same time?

Member: The Us needs to change to gold backed or whither and die…..no trading partners want to trade with toilet paper fiat notes….imo 

Member: So looks like Aug 22nd is our new date to watch……

MZ: “$200,000,000,000 exits JP Morgan chase in one year as customers withdraw cash amid US  banking concerns.”  The banks are hurting…especially the regional and smaller ones.

NEWS ABOUT THE POLITICAL STATUS OF IRAQ, 17 JULY

 The Finance Committee Is Likely To Launch The Implementation Of The Budget Law Tomorrow

2023-07-17 Shafaq News/ The Parliamentary Finance Committee ruled out, on Monday, the impact of the Iraqi government's appeals on articles of the general budget law in the continuation of the law, suggesting that the implementation of its articles will start from tomorrow.

Committee member, Representative Jamal Koujar told Shafaq News agency, "The appeals submitted by the government against articles and paragraphs of the budget law are the ones that stop, not the budget law."

Cougar suggested that the cabinet session tomorrow, Tuesday, would be the beginning of the launch, and the implementation of the budget law in ministries and state institutions.

Cougar stressed that the Ministry of Finance should be ready to implement the budget law, and we do not know the reasons for the delay in implementing the law.

On the third of July, the head of the federal government, Muhammad al-Sudani, submitted an appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against a number of paragraphs of the budget law, with a request to the court to issue a (state order) to stop the implementation of these articles after the law entered into force until the court decided to challenge the constitutionality of these articles.

On June 12, the Iraqi parliament voted on the financial budget for the three years (2023-2024-2025), with a value of 198.9 trillion Iraqi dinars ($153 billion) for each year.   LINK

Parliamentary Fortunes Depend On Passing The Oil Law On Political Consensus

July 16   Information/Baghdad.. A member of the Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee, Sabah Sobhi, pledged today, Sunday, to pass the oil law, to achieve consensus and remove many obstacles.

Follow the "information" channel on Telegram.. news that does not need to be documented..

Sobhi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, "The oil and gas law must be submitted to parliament because of its economic importance and its impact on the nature of the political relationship, according to the agreement concluded between the political parties that formed the government.”

He added, "The draft law is still with the government due to the outstanding political differences regarding the law," noting that "the law needs political consensus among all parties without exception."

And he continued, "Seeking to create a suitable environment to solve some of the accumulated problems to proceed with the legislation of the law during the current parliamentary session," pointing to "the continuation of work to solve all problems on the law and put it on the parliament table for the purpose of discussion.”   LINK

Parliament Is Preparing To Pass Important Laws In Its Second Legislative Term

The first  2023/07/17  Shaima Rashid  During its current session, the House of Representatives is preparing to enact important laws affecting the life of the citizen, as well as hosting some ministers on important files such as the water file and the black oil barter agreement with Iran.

Member of the House of Representatives, Ahmed Al-Sharmani, stated in an interview with “Al-Sabah” that “the subject of the salary scale for employees is in the prime minister’s court, and the draft has been completed and recommendations have been submitted to the Prime Minister by the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers,” indicating that Parliament is waiting A decision by the Prime Minister in this regard, which includes financial consequences, but social justice is an important detail for the sustainability of the political process and security, economic and social stability.

With regard to the legislation of laws, Al-Sharmani explained that "Parliament in this chapter has important files to discuss, including the water and energy file, and the recent agreement between the Iraqi and Iranian sides regarding gas supplies, so we will seek to host the relevant ministers for the purpose of identifying the imbalances and addressing them." In accordance with the constitutional frameworks,” noting that “any official who violates his moral, national and constitutional obligations and exploits the position for his personal purposes, and is negligent in delivering the services that the Iraqi street needs, Parliament will have a firm position with him.”

Al-Sharmani added, "The previous legislative chapter witnessed the adoption of an important law, which is the retirement and social security law, so it seeks to pass laws of this size and importance, such as the (oil and gas) law and the consolidation of social justice, through important laws that can be approved in this chapter, as well Matters affecting the Iraqi family.

MZ: Han estado chocando silenciosamente por un tiempo ahora. Hemos visto gobiernos interviniendo con acuerdos de rescate. Todos están implosionando silenciosamente en el lado bancario. Sin embargo, no sé si se han estrellado por completo todavía. Pero estoy de acuerdo en que Estados Unidos es el siguiente. Esto es lo que sucede si no se reinician. According to the latest Intel, Iraq was waiting for the US Treasury to get off their petunias and make a payment to the Bond holders and have it go liquid! The Iraqis DO NOT TRUST the U.S. Treasury because we have lied and manipulated the Iraqis for so many years. 

As of now, the first payments that could go liquid to the bond holders was this weekend. This should open the door for Iraq to move forward of the revaluation of their currency and go international. Iraq was approximately eight hours ahead of us, so the announcement that Iraq promised their citizens to be on Tues. 18 July will be late Mon. night to early morning Tues. 18 July in the US.

MZ: The chatter is starting out good this week. Lets see what it turns into. 

Member: Any news from redemption centers?

MZ: My source didn’t work on Sunday. 

MZ: In Iraq:  Listing shares on the Iraqi stock exchange… Iraq is pushing electronic companies to be on the stock exchange. Why is this important?  Because it forces another level of transparency. They will be responsible to shareholders and shareholders will be able to see what they are doing…and that they are doing things honestly and legitimately. Imo this is pretty big news coming out of Iraq…..and they are prepared for this. 

MZ: They have modernized banking and squashed corruption. 

MZ: For the implementation of the budget….I am still waiting for an update out of Iraq. My last report on Saturday afternoon was they were expecting the “go” yesterday on the budget.  It is already approved…just needs to be put into affect with all the money moving where it is supposed to. 

MZ: My finance contact over there thinks this is a serious key piece before they change the rate. So we are watching it.  

MZ: There is a lot of pressure from the Iraqi people on the government to release these budget funds……this is a good thing. 

Member: I thought Iraq was in a hurry to get things done….now it feels like they are deliberately stalling again. 

Member: It sounds like there’s still a lot that needs to happen before a final rate change???? Or will this happen like a flood?

Member: When is IRAQ going to be using the lower denom bills? Maybe  then we will see their new rate 

Member: An Iraq bank owner said Banks are being issued 50k & 100k notes w/instructions that they are to be used for ONLY bank-bank transactions.

Member: doesn't it make Iraq look stupid in the way they are treating the revaluing?

Member: Drake said no Iraq or Iran going first.... GCR will happen all at once around the world

Member: In late August the BRICS nations are going to announce their go ahead,  Maybe  IRAQ will wait till then???

Member: On Tuesday, 7/18/23, at sundown, marks beginning of Islamic new year. Good time for an RV?

Member: From Goldilocks:  Ripple being seen as a commodity and a banking coin Put all of this together and you have a gold standard inside a new digital economy that is about to be approved in Congress.

Member: My contact at Chase Bank said that the Bolivar exchange rate will be .3531. That means that if you have 100 million Bolivar you will receive about 35 million dollars. Lets hope this is correct.

Member: That would be amazing…..

Member: Starting to believe the RV is not real..nothing ever happens…..lots of words..no action. 

Member: If anyone thinks Dinar is a scam ask yourself why the Treasury holds billions of dinar

Member: There is so much evidence that the Iraqi dinar is going to RV. For those out there who cares to read or think. 

Member: I bought Dinar and they made me sign a paper saying it was at my own risk and a scam lol

Member: Whatever happened to the 144 thousand indictments that were supposed to be arresting cabal?

MZ: Yes- whatever happened to those….They were real…we saw them listed…that is a great question.

Member: I thought all the indictments were going at the same time as the RV!

Member: distractions, false hope, distractions, false hope.........

Member: The last vestiges of the Cabal is being removed. There will be none left-imo.

Member: I wonder what ever happened to those trillions of dollars that were reported missing September 10th 2001?

Member: When do the “best ever Thanksgiving, Christmas rumors start ?? To early ?

Member: Mark - It seems nothing ever happens publicly on this RV or Nesara, for that matter. What are the odds we;ll go through another Christmas season with no RV appointments?

Member: IMO we will all wake up and overnight everything was done behind the scences….. 

MZ: Perhaps……We have heard that a lot….we will go to bed on a Saturday or Sunday night and wake up Monday morning to a whole new world….in other words suddenly. 

Member: Praying that ”suddenly” happens really soon. 

Member: Mark do you think this will drag out to September or October-like some are saying?

MZ: I don’t think it will go that long. 

MZ: “China’s economy is slipping into deflation”  .Coming to America soon. This is what I have been warning about.  

Member:  On Phil ‘s last live he said EU banks have crashed….but not announced yet. Once announced then US banks will crash. 

MZ: They have been quietly crashing for awhile now. We have seen governments stepping in with bail out deals. They are all quietly imploding on the banking side. I don’t know if they have fully crashed though yet.  But I agree that the US is next.  This is what happens if they don’t reset. Fiat currency always crashes….We are in that cycle.

Remember a lot of this cash is outside the country in our pockets and they won’t get it unless they reinstate the dinar and we can go to the bank and exchange at a rate we want as investors. Heck they sold us this currency in a time of need and now, as they are so rich, they have to pay us for it with a higher exchange rate.

If you’re fearful that all of a sudden you cannot exchange your Iraqi dinar anymore because the CBI says that they’re all null and void, the IMF has rules and regulations and one of their rules is you have to notify the populace of your time frame.  They cannot necessarily come out and say, ‘We’re going to float our currency.’ Without telling you how long they’ll float their currency.  Some countries don’t play fairly but I think Iraq has to because of the way they’re under the thumb of the IMF, WB, WTO and US treasury.  I think they’ll follow the rules and laws.

Sudani…asked to come to the USA and was denied. My view is he was told…three items to get to work on. He did. We now see the UST show up after. So, it appears an assessment was made as to where they were in getting this completed and likely found they were sitting on the ball on the side lines.. not good. Hence the arrests, the Rafadain Bank shake up, etc.. The level of focus now is fascinating to me. The IFC / WB still in town!!  Al-Alaq having had a progress report that looked good !
