To see any real significant change in Iraqi dinar, no.  I just can't imagine that happening anytime really soon.  They're too dependent on oil.  As Iraq continues to change that situation that's better for Iraqis plus those holding on to the Iraqi dinar altogether. You can't rely on oil for 95% of your budget.  If oil crashes then guess what, so does that country.  Period.

Article:  "Central Bank: Non-oil deficit more than 80% and threatens the state's financial situation"  Threatens...?  This is why it's so important for the non oil sector to get developed and get rocking and rolling so they're not just relying on oil.

12 to 1 exchange rate.  Nobody was speaking about it.  I showed an article, their article, not my article, their article saying they were considering the 12 to 1 exchange rate but they would not consider it until...2026.  I didn't make it up.  I'm just pointing this out in an article...I believe they are going to go up in increments between now and 2026.  That's just my opinion.

Al-Mandalawi: A parliamentary consensus on the need to expedite the adoption of all important laws

The Presidency of the House of Representatives held an important meeting today, Saturday, to discuss the political situation and a number of topics related to the work of the House.

You're only going to use the receipt if you're ever audited.  That receipt will determine whether they will be in the 40%  or the 20% tax bracket.  You will be taxed.  Anybody that tell you that this is not a taxable event run away as quickly as possible...If you think you're going to get away without paying taxes I've got some land on the moon to sell you.[Note:  Consult your tax professionals at the appropriate time to determine the correct tax for your unique circumstances.]

Article: "Dollar exchange rates in local markets recorded a decline today...this list"   The dollar exchange rate is dropping like an anvil in the middle of the pacific ocean.

We are in the waiting phase.   Simply in a waiting phase.  That's all.   There isn't, this needs to be done, that needs to be done, That T crossed, That I dotted.  No.  We are in a waiting phase.

Question: "When the rate is changed IYO will the Iraqi citizens be exchanging their 3-zero notes in country before the rate is on Forex?"  Iraqi citizens don't care about Forex.  You care about Forex.  Because that's one of the vehicles/platforms that's going to float the currency and go up in value internationally.  But inside a dinar is a dinar.  Whatever the rate is that they establish, it could be $0.10, it could be a $1.00...that is what they will use inside of their country not outside.

Rule of Law: Sunni and Kurdish forces refuse to withdraw US troops

The leader of the State of Law Coalition, Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, confirmed the refusal of the Sunni and Kurdish forces to implement the decision to remove the US combat forces from Iraq, while stressing that the Harir base in Erbil, and the appointion of Assad in Anbar serve as an incubators for these forces.
“The government’s endeavor should focus on determining the frameworks for control of the Iraqi airspace,” Jaafar said in an interview, noting that “the Kurdistan region considers itself protected by the presence of US forces inside the country.”
He continued, “Winning the decision to remove Washington’s combat forces will be opposed to some political forces benefiting from the presence of these forces,” pointing out that “the removal of combat forces lies in the application of the strategic agreement that leads to the end of the combat presence from Iraqi territory.”
Mohammed concluded his speech: “The presence of American forces will be concentrated in the Kurdistan region and the Sunni regions if they are removed from the center and the south,” noting that “the Silk base in Erbil, and the Assad’s eye in Anbar serve as a basin for these forces.”
