FRANK26: Iraq's accession to the TIR Convention is an indication of its openness and stability

SNIPPET: The International Road Transport Union (IRU) affirmed on Tuesday that Iraq's accession to the TIR Convention is an important indicator that Iraq is a  stable, secure, and open country for business. The IRU explained that the system brings many advantages, such as logistical integration, secure freight access, and automation systems.
