Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani is set to oversee the signing of two significant energy agreements at the US Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., between the KRG Ministry of Natural Resources and US-based oil firms HKN Energy and WesternZagros.
The deals will focus on developing the Miran gas field in Sulaimani province—one of the largest undeveloped gas reserves in Iraq, the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) announced.
