REUTERS releases an article today that says the will BUY US defence, security products to tackle trade gap. In the same article they state: "In Monday's statement, Chinh said Vietnam would review issues such as its monetary policy, EXCHANGE RATE, non-tariff barriers and ensuring the correct origin of goods, in line with the concerns aired by Navarro" First time I really see an official economic site talking about a RATE CHANGE.
