VIETNAM IS IN A HURRY NOW Deputy PM proposes a quick and SOON agreement with the US "The Deputy PM proposed that, although the United States has decided to postpone tariffs for 90 days, but the two countries need to SOON negotiate a bilateral trade agreement to create a long-term framework to promote stable, mutually beneficial economic and trade relations, in accordance with the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries."
