FIREFLY: Maliki's media is going crazy. They're at it again. They're putting in the newspapers that the budget is in doubt. They're saying the oil is at risk. All this gloom and doom for Iraq over the budget.
They're trying their best to misinform the Iraqi citizens.
FRANK: They just won't stop. Once you steal for a living it is difficult to stop. It's like a person that smokes a cigarette, it's difficult to stop. Why? Because they love it so much.
