-Since they said they want to go international
-And tomorrow is the first day of the year Iraqi banks will be officially at work

Kurdistan regional government went to Turkey for resumption of oil export

Three days ago
The secretary of USA called Kurdistan and told them to start resuming oil export
And Iraq and Kurdistan … agreed on resumption of oil export
And today Kurdistan met with Turkey on the redemption of oil export
Basically, the HCL is fully done … since it was ordered by USA
