Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein has revealed ongoing efforts by the Iraqi government to persuade pro-Iranian armed factions to disarm, stressing that weapons outside state control are unacceptable.
He also addressed the incoming US administration, affirming Iraq’s commitment to maintaining strong relations with the United States during Donald Trump’s second term.
