Global website: The Iraqi government works to execute Paris Climate Agreement

The Carbon Plus website published a report on Saturday indicating that the Iraqi government has been discussing proposals to transform the Paris Climate Agreement from theory to practice in recent weeks.
"The Iraqi government has discussed adopting a cooperative approach to reviewing carbon project proposals to transform the Paris Climate Agreement from theory to practice," said the website in a report - interpreted by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
Earlier, the UN praised Iraq's active role in confronting the global climate crisis, noting that PM Muhammed S. Al-Sudani confirmed Iraq's commitment to this cause.
