1-There is nothing showing today that the bond has started Plus, Forex is still closed 2-people didn’t get their salary today, and most likely they might get it tomorrow morning(Middle Eastern time) 3-why would yesterday“ weekend” the minister of finance meet, unless it was an urgent thing… and they stress the implementation with the council of ministers requested” adjusting salaries scales” which means based on the new rate according law to No 22 of 2008

Rasheed Bank announced on Sunday that it will start raising the salaries of retirees for the 1st of December.
The bank's media office stated, in a statement received by the information agency, that "the bank has begun to raise the salaries of civil and military retirees for the first December month."
The bank called on all beneficiaries to "review the bank's branches and electronic payment offices to receive their financial dues."

Notice they said a week ago that they paid the retirees…. But they didn’t… because they didn’t have money until 2025 budget was opened
They’ll pay them tonight or tomorrow morning
