URIEL- *To pay contractors. The fare was $3.92 and

will increase to a public rate of over $7.00. (I heard $7.65.)

JEN – Why?

JEN- When will we receive notifications to trade?

URIEL- «Wednesday night». (Not sure if it's Wednesday

in Iraq or here.)

JEN- Are the other levels being paid?

URIEL- Yes, underway.

JEN- Did Reno really start as reported?

URIEL- «Yes. Disbursements and contractors are being paid. The contracts were signed. The finishing touches are being made.

JEN- What is happening with the exchange rates of other currencies

due to the privately published dinar exchange rate?

URIEL- «The dong is ready, the bolivar is rising. exchange rates
