All of those things over the last 21 years that they've been working on are now coming to a final end because they're getting to that stage where Iraq is ready to hit the ground running.
They have the saturation. They have the education for the citizens...well over $110 billion in reserves...153 tons of gold...
Their coverage is completely well done for their currency that they have outstanding. That's a really good sign.
