Ok guys. I asked a friend back channel for confirmation and he said this... In regards to cashing in your IQD AFTER the RV happens, you will simply ask them a question... "I have some foreign currency left over from a vacation. What branch can I go to, in order to exchange that in person?" And wherever they tell you to go, that is "most likely" where you will go to cash out. I say most likely because... some banks, like TRUIST for example, only deal in a handful of foreign currencies or none at all.
