Member: Ariel posted the HCL is done
MZ: It’s not been officially announced but there are some solid clues that it could be done.
Member: Iraq is probably done it’s probably the USA that’s holding up the progress.. isn’t that typical
MZ: And they have placed a mechanism into the budget law for a rate change ……Why would they do that if they did not expect a rate change? There is an amendment specifically for the change in the value of their currency. This is for all of those who says this will never happen.
Member: Mark have you seen the article that Alak said the mechanism will be activated in 10 days and the ri is 95% done and only 5% left to complete
Member: I think with Sudani stating he wants this done by Dec 10th he will come through for he knows-if he doesn’t….. they will take to the streets soon
MZ: There is so much pointing to it all going before Dec 10th.
