Iraq's going to be going international in the near future. They are already under the process 100% as far as I'm concerned... . I looked today on the Ministry of Judiciary, their official gazette, and 4782 [The skipped issue that's potentially holding the budget] is not there. Again, there's a reason for it it. Does it mean it's not done? I don't know. But it's not there...It doesn't mean it's not going to be.
