Frank26: No...Stop putting a decimal in the 1320...You must understand this relationship as 132 dinars equals $1.00 which is a rate of $0.76. If you have 1 million dinar 760 American dollars. If you have 1 million dinar and they take it to 1 to 1 you have $1 million. Question "Are the Saddam dinars worthless?" Yeah, they're worthless because they're no longer recognized by anybody.
