Shafaq News/ An informed source reported, on Wednesday, that the commander of the “Quds Force” in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Ismail Qaani, made a visit to the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, during which he met with factions under the banner of the “Islamic Resistance in Iraq” with the aim of reducing the military escalation against the forces of the United States of America. The source told Shafaq News Agency that Qaani made an unannounced visit to Baghdad two days ago, during which he held extensive meetings with a number of faction leaders in order to calm the security situation and stop the military escalation against the Americans.
