We can see they're about to start spending and spending is going to need an exchange rate that is not 1310 as the official exchange rate.
So I'm confused what exactly does that mean? Right now the exchange rate is the dollar is still way more than the dinar so if they knock a couple zeros off what does that matter if you already purchased it on monies?

I thought there wasn't going to be an RV I thought the RV was made up? What I heard is you just go to the damn bank. But now I'm hearing central banks are going to be in control of the government money the new coin that Biden is coming out with? Is that true? So if I were to get my social security are they going to pay me in the new government coin? And then how do I swap that out for silver, gold? They track everything it's all from the government goes to the central banks so how is this all going to work? What if I have dinar what would I do with it anyway even if the exchange rate changes? Go to the bank and change it into what? I'm not going to change it into a dollar?
