What is the secret of the map? Blinken receives a US military briefing regarding Iraq and Syria

Shafaq News/ On Friday, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken received a briefing from the US Army Commander in Iraq, during a meeting held at the Washington Embassy in the capital, Baghdad.

A photo published by Reuters showed US Secretary of State Antony Blinken listening to a briefing from Major General Kevin Leahy, commander of the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve, at the US embassy in the capital, Baghdad.

The photo shows Blinken, Leahy, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, and a number of diplomatic officials at the embassy.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken made an unannounced visit to the capital, Baghdad, which was not on the agenda of his Middle East tour that he has been conducting since yesterday, to discuss with the leaders of the region’s countries the latest developments in Syria, after the fall of the Assad regime and the Syrian opposition’s control of the reins of power in Damascus.

Upon landing at Baghdad International Airport, Blinken was received by American diplomats only, without any Iraqi official receiving him, according to the photos that documented the moment he got off the plane.

Following that, Blinken met with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and discussed with him bilateral relations between the two countries, ways to enhance joint cooperation, as well as discussing the situation in the region, developments in the current events in Syria, and the regional and international efforts required to enhance security in Syria and the stability of the entire region .

Al-Sudani renewed, according to a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, support for Syria in this important stage, and the importance of friendly countries helping the Syrians rebuild their country and confront the challenges that may affect civil peace in it, stressing the necessity of representing all components of the Syrian people in the administration of the country to ensure enhancing its stability. He also stressed that Iraq is waiting for actions, not words, from those in charge of managing the transitional phase in Syria .

The Iraqi Prime Minister stressed the need not to allow any aggression on Syrian territory, from any party, because this represents a threat to security and stability in the region .

For his part, the US Secretary of State stressed, according to the Iraqi statement, Washington and Baghdad’s agreement on the necessity of respecting the choices of the Syrian people, and working to form a comprehensive government that reflects the will of the Syrian people and the diversity of its components .

Blinken referred to the pivotal role of Iraq, and stressed that it represents a key partner in the region, and the importance of consulting with it on the current developments witnessed in the region, and that the members of the international coalition are committed to the security, sovereignty and stability of Iraq.

πŸ’’ Hey there, family!! 😁 I'm just sharing this little except from Chronicles of an Ambassador Part 22, shared last night 12.11.24.🀝πŸ’₯πŸ”₯.

πŸ’’ From a dear friend who asked to remain anonymous. This friend has a relative that serves in Iraqi Parliament. You have heard Gintel updates from this person in the past. And this relative is on the financial committee responsible for rolling out Iraq's financial reforms. My friend messaged me 12.11.24 and shared another piece of amazing news!  πŸ’₯πŸ”₯πŸ’₯

πŸ’’ Iraqi Prime Minister, Al-Sudani,

just took a trip to Jordan on Wednesday. This means, for all intents and purposes, that Al-Sudani is done. ✅ This means Al-Sudani's work is complete. πŸ’₯😁πŸ’₯ He went to coordinate with the King of Jordan to compare proverbial notes - to settle the books, so to speak. I'll explain:

➡️ Jordan has been the Custodial Trustee of the Dinar, the IQD, for the past 20 years. So, at the end of each goal the Iraqis reached, Al Sudani will go to Jordan to reconcile their accounts.

To me, she said, “This the great news. But you won't see this on the mainstream news channels, not even out of the Middle East.” It's very hush hush. She said, “I'm so very happy. Very Exciting.” πŸ’₯😁πŸ’₯

πŸ”₯This means Iraq is REALLY done! πŸ”₯ I've also learned that contacts with family inside Iraq report their citizens have been exchanging at a new rate in-country.

We've also been told that as of 3 weeks ago (late November) that some of the smaller IQD notes (not smallest ones) were starting to be seen in-country. This is a major development 😁

TIDBIT FROM FRANK26, 14 DEC

 Frank26

Parliament is so angry right now because they don't have the ability to steal like they used to.  It's called profiteering.

If the politicians cannot profiteer anymore off the currency, off of the exchange rate through the CBI, through the auctions, what are they going to do

Only two options - get lost or get along.  The majority have decided to get along but they have lost some.

They're just stubborn people...Politicians that realize they have no more power in parliament are leaving...Bye Sadr.

Chase Bank has its talons locked in to the monetary reform by the jugular vein and it's not going to let go When you go to them and you say, 'But you said it was a scam?'  They'll look the other way and they won't give a shit...Chase is going to play a vital role, a major role in the monetary reform of the Iraqi dinar...

Former MP: Comprehensive salary scale amendment is an exaggeration

Former MP Mohamed Ibrahim showed today, Thursday, that it’s miles not possible for any government to amend the revenue scale at once and comprehensively without going via successive stages and amendments that require time.

Ibrahim stated in an interview with dinaropinions.com, “After it was impossible to amend the income scale and have a unified revenue scale, there are truthful solutions including raising the salaries of the lower grades from the tenth grade to the seventh grade as a first stage, after which undertaking a observe and following up on the difficulty and figuring out whether there have been economic and financial profits or an effect on improvement due to this step,” indicating that “if this step is beneficial, the salaries of new process grades will be amended and so on.”

He delivered, “Adjusting the earnings scale from the primary to the 10th grade is an exaggerated assertion and no government can do it,” noting that “the government were given involved in claiming the capability to amend the revenue scale on the contemporary level, and now the boundaries to that have grow to be clear to it.”

it is noteworthy that many laws had been not on time in passing inside the house of Representatives because of their economic implications or the lack of consensus the various political blocs on their regulation.
