TIDBIT FROM MILITIAMAN, 19 APRIL

 Militia Man

Article: "Upcoming meeting between Baghdad and Erbil to remove the Kurdistan oil export file"  We all know they haven't started pumping oil.

They've charged the pipeline...It's in print that they've done that.  It's been tested.  It's been really since 2023 and they haven't started flowing the money yet.

Why ...Because they don't have the real effective exchange rate to do so at this stage.

A NEW IQD RATE PROBABLY EXIST IN THE BUDGET!!, 19 APRIL

A NEW IQD RATE PROBABLY EXIST IN THE BUDGET

The new IQD rate must be live before the KRG Oil meeting on 4/19 but as long as there is no dispute over payments, the meeting will be a success and oil will flow.

The fact that the budget law was amended yesterday in order to resolve KRG payment disputes is REAL evidence that a new IQD rate probably exists right now.

The dispute over payments may not necessarily require a reveal of the new rate, as long as the KRG knows they're getting paid.
