Delegations from the United States and Iran have agreed to resume indirect nuclear negotiations next week, after concluding a round of talks in Muscat, Oman that Iranian officials described as “constructive” and held “in a spirit of mutual respect.”

 The discussions, aimed at reviving diplomatic efforts over Tehran’s nuclear program, included a brief direct exchange between top negotiators in the presence of Omani officials.

Sudanese arrives in the Kurdistan Region

Shafaq News / Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani arrived on Saturday morning in the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

The Prime Minister of the region, Masroor Barzani, and a number of ministers and officials in his government were receiving the Sudanese and the accompanying delegation at Erbil International Airport.

The Shafaq News Agency reporter said that the two sides will discuss a number of external and internal files, including the disputes and outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad.

He added that Masroor Barzani and Sudan will also discuss the issue of resuming the region’s oil exports through the Turkish port of Ceyhan.

This is the fifth visit by the Prime Minister of Iraq to the Kurdistan Region since taking office, the last of which was in November 2024.

what we do have is yet more good news, this time stemming around building the Iraqi economy...Iraq is moving ahead regardless of the many obstacles they keep throwing in front of them.

Iraq is now building their data center to handle the digital dinar and it is soon to come online.
