The head of the Popular Mobilization Commission, Faleh Al-Fayyad, spoke about the conditions of arming the crowd, as well as the fact that the latter does not touch any real threat at the moment, in conjunction with what is happening in Syria.

This came in his speech during the launch of the central memorial forum on the anniversary of the killing of the leaders of victory in Diyala, where he said that the goal of defending the homeland is to defend religion, sanctities and people and prevent injustice, as “the crowd defended the homeland and was pioneers in spreading the spirit of victory and jihad.”

Al-Fayyad added: “We do not care who is suspicious and doubt, and we are under the command of joint operations and the general command of the armed forces,” noting: “We are fully prepared to face any danger and we are not currently facing any real threat.”

Al-Fayyad said that the crowd was built under fire away from the classical cadres, noting that “the readiness for sacrifice is the secret of the strength of the popular mobilization.”

Al-Fayyad considered that “the conditions of arming the popular crowd are very difficult and now we have creative manufacturing lines with the Military Industrialization Authority.”

Al-Fayyad explained: “We are working to possess a weapon that enables us to defend the homeland and not fight battles in other countries,” as “the popular crowd is more than a quarter of a million fighters.”

Al-Fayyad claimed that “all the Iraqi people feel that the Popular Mobilization is their crowd.”

The bank's management said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (WAA): "the bank has entered into a strategic partnership with the 1001 application, which represents a new step towards achieving a common vision in enhancing support for young people by providing a recreational service and an integrated social experience through the use of electronic payment tools and the bank's cards."

She added that "this came with the direct support and utmost importance from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Development Bank Ziad Khalaf; in order to encourage the use of legal digital content inside Iraq, which contains a comprehensive store for the Iraqi public.

 This contract also contributes to promoting digital entertainment and participation among young people in supporting sports culture and the use of payment through electronic cards."

She stated, "Through this partnership, we seek to provide direct access to the digital, diverse and comprehensive content of the libraries of T0D / 1001 / bein sport / OSN+ / lalega / Spanish League, the English Premier League, the Euro Champions League, the German League, the Formula 1 race, the NBA / Basketball League / and tennis championships," she said, explaining that "this partnership is a true reflection of our common values in promoting

 Uncertainty over the 2025 budget.. Parliament: We don't know anything about it yet

Baghdad Today – Baghdad  Member of Parliament Ahmed Al-Sharmani explained today, Thursday (December 26, 2024), that Parliament does not know anything about the 2025 budget schedules, suggesting that the government is deliberately delaying sending it.

Al-Sharmani said in an interview with "Baghdad Today", "According to the Financial Management Law, the budget or its schedules must reach the House of Representatives at the end of the month (10) of each year, and any delay in doing so is considered a legal violation, especially since this violation has been repeated for many years."

He explained that "the 2025 budget tables are not known to the House of Representatives so far, and the delay in sending them is a violation, and there is no specific date for sending those tables."

Al-Sharmani added, "Perhaps the government will link sending the tables with amending the law proposed in Parliament, and this will delay sending the tables for a long time due to disagreements over the origin of the amendment."

MP Jawad Al-Yassari confirmed on December 19, 2024, that political differences over amending the budget law will delay voting on the 2025 budget schedules, indicating that “the Iraqi government is waiting for Parliament to amend the budget law, so that it can send it the schedules for 2025 according to the amendments.”

It is noteworthy that Member of Parliament Mustafa Al-Karaawi announced on December 8, 2024, the postponement of the second reading of the amendment to the General Budget Law until after the legislative holiday.   LINK

and if we start tomorrow we’ll got right through including Monday and starting shifts at 9am in the morning and you’ll have two to four people seeing and attending to you at that very table and of course all your need is your ID – 

but Bruce was told we might not need the Utility Bill.   So when all your Bonds and currency are checked they will offer you the contract rate for Iraq and that’s the per barrel price of oil and roughly Bruce does know the rate but it does fluctuate a little up and down.  

But this is a Win win win.   Once they do that you’ll know your total and set up then your QFS account with your username and password and five digit password and you will need a new email as well  -

 so get that all in hand prior to the exchange so you have that ready.   So when you move money make sure you have what you need for 60 days an if you want to earn interest you can do that with your bank and you can negotiate that rate and APY Annual Percentage Yearly – QFS earns nothing 

- so in the primary and secondary account it will earn interest and Bruce wants his quarterly.   (Which is a good idea to ask for) so you will have to use money over that first 90 days personally and with your projects.   And sub-accounts if you need them will also have to be set up at later meetings with your WM.  

Credit/debit card given you at the exchange will have all the financial abilities you will need for regular use – NEVER EVER USE THE QFS CARD.  Only for transfer of funds to those other bank accounts.   So now you have funds moved and they should also have some of the new currency available – and you will get the on par rate for the Zim and also a good rate for the Dong.

After you get funds moved and you get the cards  - forget the certified cheques, you maybe able to get some proof of fund letters to buy homes etc., with for RE companies, you really have to just be there to do this exchange and then leave 

- but you might get a list of perks  - but you will get a Qphone  - on the Starlink system, Bruce doesn’t know how it works and it may also incorporate cell towers and work anywhere in the world.   

Basically you get the phone last and then you are out and on your way home.   Just go home to Celebrate – just don’t do stupid things and go easy but generous enough with tips – be as Bruce just said on the “Downlow” KISSweetheart  - this really will go quickly and easily at the RC’s and might just take 30 or 40 mins and if you have boxes and sheet bonds do remember to tell them when you make that exchange call.
