The House of Representatives puts forward the Personal Status Law and two controversial laws on tomorrow’s agenda

The House of Representatives announced the agenda for its session tomorrow, Sunday.

The House of Representatives' agenda for tomorrow includes voting on personal status laws, general amnesty, and land return.

The agenda also included voting on the National Intelligence Service Law and the first amendment to the Passport Law, in addition to the second reading of the federal budget.

Member: I’m just curious “what if” parliament doesn’t sign off before the 10th 

MZ: If they don’t make it- I’m still sticking around until they do.

Member: Lets celebrate Victory Day regardless

Member: Today is supposed to be parliaments last day ….Sessions will be in recess after today. 

Member: Don’t you think the people of Iraq will not stay excited if they do not see an RV soon? It seems like it has to be right upon us

Member: Jon Dowling said HCL became law. Iraq all by dec 9 & 10th will have hard date for All to be done

MZ: “ CBI records huge sales of more than $300 million in auction today”  They keep telling us the auctions on US dollars will end this year. Many believe the target may be this week to end those auctions. 

Member: When the auctions stop…they almost have to RV their currency…imo

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: The budget amendment includes only one paragraph related to the region’s oil”  and that may already be done. 

MZ: “Iraq climbs to third place in the Arab world for gold reserves after Lebanon’s exit from the list”   Get excited….this may be the gold backing right there. 

MZ: “British Newspaper: The Iraqi development road will compete with the Suez Canal”  12 % of global trade and 30% of global container traffic go through the Suez canal. And now a large percentage of the world’s wealth will soon be going through Iraq. This is huge. Iraq is becoming the crossroads of the idle east. 

MZ: Big progress in Iraq over the weekend. 

MZ: No bond updates yet today.  

Member: I think at this point when it goes we will see everything go at the same time: bonds cmkx currency ect ect

Member: We may be waiting until after the US Trump inauguration on Jan 20

Member: Iraq is not going to wait or can't wait until January. IMO- This is going to happen this month December.

Meber: Jan 1st is the first day of Iraq’s fiscal year…..It should be done by then I would think 

MZ: I still think we could see the RV before Christmas. Possibly in the next few days. Worst case scenario – by the end of January….

Member: Mark...on a live podcast Wolverine asked Elizabeth if we were going to have a great Christmas she sad yes.

Member: NESARA maybe in January but RV should go in December. Iraq anyway.

Member: Will we see the RV on forex first?

MZ: I do not think it will be on forex first. I think we will get our announcements first…then it will appear on forex. But in todays “information world” it is difficult to hide anything. 

Member: How can the economy withstand the huge influx of money after the RV?

MZ: We are not adding a huge amount of money to the economy. We are changing who holds the money….and it will be asset backed. .

Member: Praying this is finally our big week!!

Unified prayer in Mosul to support unity and social cohesion

Baghdad - WAA: 

A unified prayer was held in the city of Mosul in Nineveh Governorate to support unity and social cohesion and stand with the Prime Minister to bring Iraq to security and safety.
 

The media of the Permanent National Committee for Community Awareness and Guidance at the Prime Minister's Office stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "under the title (Messages of unity, cohesion and standing together with the Prime Minister to bring Iraq to security and safety), a unified prayer was held in the Sheikh Fathi al-Mawsili Mosque in Nineveh Governorate, in the presence of the Prime Minister's State Advisor for Dialogue and Rapprochement Affairs, Chairman of the Permanent National Committee for Community Awareness and Guidance, a number of officials in the governorate and diverse community elites from different sects, where the worshipers were led by Sheikh Muhammad al-Nouri, a member of the Supreme Endowments Council in the Sunni Endowment Diwan."

The statement continued, "The preacher began with several messages in which he spoke about the unity, steadfastness and cohesion of the sons of Iraq of the prophets, imams and righteous people, reviewing the great lessons that the nation can draw inspiration from the biographies of the prophets and righteous people, may God's prayers and peace be upon them."

He stressed, "the necessity of supporting the government and its efforts in achieving intellectual, cultural and societal security and stability and supporting the Prime Minister, by standing in one line with him to achieve security and peace in Iraq."

Prime Minister issues directives on the occasion of the Great Victory Day over ISIS Gangs

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani issued several directives today, Saturday, on the occasion of the Great Victory Day over ISIS gangs.

The directives obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) included the following:

- Directing the Ministries of Education in Baghdad, the governorates, and the Kurdistan Region, especially in the liberated areas, to make Thursday, December 12, 2024, the central celebration day for students in schools and universities, and to allocate the first hour to raising the Iraqi flag and giving speeches in celebration of the great victory day and the liberation of the governorates from the terrorist ISIS gangs.

 - Directing the security forces in all governorates to work on carrying out popular events and decorations to celebrate the seventh anniversary of the Great Victory Day in all sectors, governorates, districts and sub-districts for the period from December 8, 2024 to December 12, 2024.

- Directing ministries and security agencies to hold events on the seventh anniversary of the great victory over the terrorist organization ISIS after the central celebration.

 - Directing unions, associations and civil society organizations to celebrate the seventh anniversary of the Great Victory Day over the terrorist organization ISIS for the period from December 8, 2024 to December 12, 2024.

- Directing the necessity of completing all the dues of the families of martyrs and the wounded, as it is a basic principle of the ministerial program of the Iraqi government.

- Directing the Baghdad Municipality and municipal directorates to open parks to celebrate the Great Victory Day.

- A directive to suspend official working hours on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, in all ministries and government institutions, in celebration of Victory Day.

 - Launching a competition for an artistic statue that embodies the Great Victory Day in Iraq.

 - Publishing flyers and a major advertising campaign to commemorate this great event.
