While I was advised about this time yesterday that an announcement at midnight EDT we would be advised the RV would begin, this info could not be confirmed so I didn't share. As usual no such announcement was forthcoming.
All I can say folks all provisions for RV exchanges are completed relative to those trained to complete the exchanges and we continue to move forward.

The General Secretariat of the House of Representatives sent a notification to the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Al-Alaq, to answer a parliamentary question about the dollar exchange rate in the parallel market in a session whose date will be determined at a later time.
According to a letter from the House of Representatives Secretariat, received by “Baghdad Today”, he addressed the Governor of the Central Bank, “We refer to you the parliamentary question directed by Representative (Hadi Hassan Al-Salami) to be answered orally in the presence of the Governor of the Central Bank at the session of the House of Representatives.”
He pointed out that "the date of the session will be determined later according to the legally specified period."
Short and sweet today folks. In addition to Iraq voting the gas law into parliament, they are picking a new speaker of the house at the sane time, which is a necessary step for the RI.
What a coincidence: Israel got a date of September for the troops to start leaving and then they take out Hana’s and Hezbollah leaders. And talks of judge Torres soon to render her decision on XRP. It’s all coded and it’s all coming together right in front of us.

The HCL is the...mechanism the bad guys in Iraq are using to delay the monetary reform. They used the budget but they got caught on that. They changed the numbers.

A lot of people get confused. It's like stepping in quicksand. You see, the lifting of the zeros from the exchange rate is a little different from the lifting of the three zeros from the currency, fiat, physical.

The direction that the monetary reform is going is in the direction to add value and introduce new lower denoms and to change the exchange rate and then to float. That's the step we're in.
We're not in a step where we need to pass laws. We're not in a step where we need permission from anybody over there, over here, over there - United Nations Security Council, the Untied States Treasury, nobody.
