Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani received, today, Monday, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, in Baghdad.

On Saturday, Barzani began a visit to Baghdad, during which he met with senior state officials and heads of parties and prominent political figures, to discuss several files of the Kurdistan region, Iraq and the region.
Barzani’s visit to Baghdad is his second during the month of April, after the first one that took place on the fifth of this month.
The spokesman for the presidency of the region, Dhad Chehab, announced that Barzani’s meetings in Baghdad continue today,” noting that his talks focus on “solving the issues of salaries and elections.”

MZ: And so far this morning we are watching the collapse of the Japanese yen... Things are getting interesting.

MZ: There's a lot of talk on the bond side from people whose appointments were postponed last week. They have high expectations of receiving their final contracts and 1% paid this week. I'm excited to see what happens next with the bonuses.

MZ: Iraqi sources to this day remain very calm. It will be today or later tomorrow when you will receive updates from the banking and refund side.

Member: Mark, are all other countries as prepared as Iraq?

MZ: “Vietnamese parliament head resigns amid crackdown on corruption” This is what we're watching as Vietnam prepares. As I understand it, this is a key for NESARA/Gesara.

Member: I wish that would happen in the United States. We need a major cleanup of corruption in all areas of government.

Member: What's up with the Brazil banking rumors!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????

Member: Brazil will supposedly announce a “new” banking system on May 2 to its country. Could that be the QFS?

MZ: There are many rumors. We just have to see what goes well.

Member: Many seem very positive for this week?

Member: Nader says rumor that today they can delete the zeros

Member: The militiaman is almost dizzy from our situation.

Member: I wonder what Iraq is waiting for to publish its rate?

MZZ: “The National Bank of Iraq powers digital transformation with the “Temenos” central banking system.” This will help them pursue corruption and illegal dollars.

Member: I had heard that the dinar would cost 3.90 to 1 US... wouldn't that be great?

MZ: We've heard that rumor... it's within the range of possibilities; There is no way to confirm it until we are at the banks.

Member: I would be happy with $3.90, but I hope it goes for more

Member: Is there another reason we could go on May 9, besides Iraq's meeting with the WTO?

Member: If Iraq becomes a full member of the WTO on the 9th, do I think the new rate would apply before that?

Member: Mark, in your opinion, does Iraq have to publicly reveal its new exchange rate before it joins the WTO?

Member: Iraq just got back from the big Saudi Arabia meeting. South Africa is in the BRICS... Maybe Iraq will soon join the BRICS too?

Member: Venezuela just joined the BRICS….. keep your bolivars

Member: It seems like BRICS is the future... I wish we could all join it.

Member: Iraq is installing fingerprint locks on all cargo containers with GPS and photo capabilities

Member: Rumor: Iraq launched a new SWIFT system to handle large cash transfers over the weekend, correct?

MZ: I don't know if I would call it a “SWIFT” system... but yes... in a nutshell it is its own system... a modernized system. The “Temenos” central banking system.

MZ: “JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America suffer $4.3 billion in losses as bad debt soars.” These are credit cards that people stop paying, which is where most of it comes from... They're seeing more and more defaults.

MZ: “After overnight collapse to 34-year low, yen soars in apparent intervention” The Bank of Japan had to step in to bail out the currency...how many times can they do this before it collapses? get out of control?

MZ: We already had our first bank failure of the year... keep watching.

MZ: “Zimbabwe ZIG – Police clamp down on illegal forex traders” Some forex traders were caught trying to manipulate Zimbabwe's gold-backed currency. The Zig is performing exceptionally well right now. They are doing fantastic work in Zimbabwe.

Member: The rest of the world needs to move to gold-backed money now...hopefully soon.

MZ: This is a good reminder. One of our South African buyers in gold mining... one of the biggest buyers told us about 20 years ago that the big push by central banks and national treasuries... was because it happened sometime between then and 2024. We were going towards a gold-backed standard... we don't know when, but we do know we will go towards a gold standard.

MZ: That's one of the reasons I have so much faith in this. It is unavoidable.

Member: Do we have any idea how many people in the world own bonds?

Member: In many countries people own historic bonds...probably thousands...if not more.

Member: Mark, have you heard what the banks will charge for their services to exchange our currency? Is it based on the amount of currency or the number of different types of currency?

Member: We were once told that bank fees are already built into our exchange... and will not be deducted from our exchange funds. I hope it's true.

Member: This week looks promising to me.

MZ: I agree, it looks promising. I expect a lot of key information to come out this week.

Member: I wonder if there is one day of the week that is more likely to have RVs than another.

Member: Does Charlie Ward think it's most likely to happen on a Thursday?

Member: I'm still praying for RV to happen in the month of MAY!

Member: I hope it happens before Memorial Day...

Member: I'm just praying we don't wait until after the November election... That would be bullshit.

MZ: Y en lo que va de la mañana estamos observando el colapso del yen japonés... Las cosas se están poniendo interesantes.

MZ: Hay muchas conversaciones desde el lado de los bonos por parte de personas cuyas citas se pospusieron la semana pasada. Tienen grandes expectativas de recibir sus contratos finales y el 1% pagado esta semana. Estoy ansioso por ver qué pasa a continuación con los bonos.

MZ: Las fuentes iraquíes hasta el día de hoy siguen muy tranquilas. Será hoy o mañana más tarde cuando reciba actualizaciones del lado bancario y de reembolso.

MZ: Ya tuvimos nuestra primera quiebra bancaria del año... sigan observando.

MZ: “ Zimbabwe ZIG - La policía toma medidas drásticas contra los comerciantes de divisas ilegales” Algunos comerciantes de divisas fueron sorprendidos tratando de manipular la moneda respaldada por oro de Zimbabwe. El Zig ahora mismo está funcionando excepcionalmente bien. Están haciendo un trabajo fantástico en Zimbabwe.

Miembro: El resto del mundo necesita pasar al dinero respaldado en oro ahora... espero que sea pronto.

MZ: Este es un buen recordatorio. Uno de nuestros compradores de Sudáfrica en la minería de oro... uno de los mayores compradores nos dijo hace unos 20 años que el gran impulso de los bancos centrales y las tesorerías nacionales... se debió a que ocurrió en algún momento entre entonces y 2024. Íbamos hacia un patrón respaldado por el oro... no sabemos cuándo, pero sí sabemos que iremos hacia un patrón oro.

MZ: Ésa es una de las razones por las que tengo tanta fe en esto. Es inevitable.

Miembro: En muchos países la gente posee bonos históricos... probablemente miles... si no más.

Miembro: Mark, ¿has oído lo que cobrarán los bancos por sus servicios para cambiar nuestra moneda? ¿Se basa en la cantidad de moneda o en la cantidad de tipos diferentes de moneda?

Miembro: Una vez nos dijeron que las tarifas bancarias ya están integradas en nuestro intercambio... y que no se descontarán de nuestros fondos de intercambio. Espero que sea verdad.

Miembro: Esta semana me parece prometedora.

MZ: Estoy de acuerdo, parece prometedor. Espero que salga mucha información clave esta semana.

Miembro: Me pregunto si hay un día de la semana en el que es más probable que haya vehículos recreativos que otro.

Miembro: ¿Charlie Ward cree que lo más probable es que suceda un jueves?

Miembro: ¡Aún estoy orando para que la RV ocurra en el mes de MAYO!

DeepWoodz: On June 12, 2023, the GOI passed what they call the tri-partite budget(THREE YEARS). So the operational side has been done since then with no need for any votes by parliament. According to their constitution, Article 62 states the only control parliament has.

”Second The Council of Representatives may conduct transfers between the sections and chapters of the general budget and reduce the total of its sums, and it may SUGGEST to the Council of Ministers that they increase the total expenses, when necessary.”

Which is really no control at all.

We used to get articles all the time about the need to pay salaries. I haven’t seen these much lately, if at all. Something else missing has been the START of new contracts and their costs. Although, we know they have projects going on, but still some info is missing.

.With the added 400 billion in new agreements Sudani spoke of. That’s billion dollars too by the way. Convert that to dinar if you like and see if you think Iraq has ever had that many dinar printed.

Then we have the HCL rights which are defined in the constitution as well, but still nothing on paper.

Obviously Sudani’s government is keeping a secret. I wonder what that could be?

Wouldn’t these three items be dependent on a NEW value to their currency? I have no doubt.

Banker is stll out even though he thought he was flying back yesterday so it was shortly after 8:00 AM when he called me this morning. He indicated he would have more to discuss later today.

Mon. 22 April Texas Snake: “The Iraqi Prime Minister returned to his country this past Monday and turned over to the head of the CBI to announce the pending revaluation of his nations currency. The CBI provided the new rate to the IMF who in turn provided this rate to the FOREX which by policy has 72 hours from receipt to post for universal recognition for sometime Wed. 24 April.

Okie had some positive news earlier today, thought we would hear some indication of the new rate when the Premier returned to his country from his visit to the US, the banker is assisting his hospitalized wife in CA so very little news from him so I guess we wait for FOREX to open, but again sports fans we appear to be very close, so say your prayers tonight.

This may be a little longer post than usual as the powers that be do not wish to get anyone''s hopes up only to be disappointed when the RV does not come in. Well I spent 40 years in the investment banking and financial planning industry which allows for a slight advantage in researching certain areas of the acknowledged resources regarding money and securities. Those areas being the IMF, FOREX, WTO, etc, etc.

The Prime Minister returned to his country on this past Monday, he turned over to the head of the CBI to announce the pending revaluation of his nations currency. The CBI provided the new rate to the IMF who in turn provided this rate to the FOREX which by policy has 72 hours from receipt to post for universal recognition which will be sometime between now and Wednesday 4/24/2024 by 7:00 PM.

Since both the Gazette and the IMF rate schedules are published on Wednesday each week we can assume should there be a revaluation we should receive that news during this window. Don't get excited or make any serious decisions but please stay calm and watch the next few days as we seem to be this close. GOD Bless

Yes he uses a CBI Debit card to purchase items in Beeville and he discovered the exchange rate on a recent purchase equaled $3.90 US for his Dinar value up substantially from before the in country RV
