They do exchange foreign currency right now.  The people that represented us...went past the front line of defense...and got to the wealth management advisors...They did not deny the Iraqi dinar.  They knew what was going on...

She said, unfortunately brother at this time we are not able to assist you but as the time progresses in the future we will reach out and contact you...When the time comes we can accommodate all functions that you will need from legalities, lawyers, trust funds, foundations, if you want us to collect your property tax and report it we'll do that for you as well.   She chose her words very carefully. .. 

 She says to me, this is private banking.  None of your information will be shared with anyone.  It will not be seen more exposed by any of our tellers.  Only people in the wealth management department will see your numbers.   The people in the front are for the public.  We in the wealth management are separate from them.  The bank, they are the public side, we are the private side...You are the highest tier that we offer...

Kurdistan Finance releases salaries for the month of March (table)

Shafaq News/ The Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government announced on Friday the employee salary distribution schedule for the month of March. 

The ministry said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency: “The process of distributing salaries will begin next Saturday and will be completed before Eid al-Fitr.” 

The ministry explained that “this schedule is organized according to the funding sent from Baghdad, and if there is any change in the date of sending the funding, a change will occur in the schedule as well.”

 Executive order 13303 was the protection of the DFI funds of their oil money.  All protected by the United States of America...

No one could sue Iraq. Now it's different, this executive order has come to an end...Iraq's new currency exchange rate is under the DFI funds... 13303 was not sighed.  This is good.  It is fantastic because...as long as the executive order was in place Iraq could not reinstate its currency...

 There's nothing like the facts. Everything they're telling the Iraqi citizens is a fact because it's coming from the right sources.

 The citizens of Iraq are not exchanging for the float.  They're exchanging for purchasing power.  That's all the Iraqi citizens get.  They only get purchasing power of their currency which is everything to them.

 There were a few statements released by the GOI officials regarding their currency.  The coming value at the onset of the release was revealed.  That value was disclosed at/in negotiations...

 [Iraqi bank friend Aki Update] 

They had a zoom meeting.  It was with the CBI, all other banks and US Treasury, IMF, everybody, they were all in this zoom meeting.  

They told him a lot but the only important thing...was I was told once again, 'We need you to be back at the bank because at anytime you are going to be very busy.'  Aki is just like you and I, sitting there waiting...

 About two weeks ago   we told you IOO the banks of Iraq were going to be receiving sample sheets/specimens . 

 They were very very precise pictures of the lower notes.  It turns out #1 has them. ..They started to practice and use them but they needed more help so they requested. 

 You will see this request on the CBI website probably within this week where they are requesting help with the security features in the small notes that they are practicing counting, sorting and training right now  ..

.The new software will be with them and the banks within this week.

1,000 ATMs installed in Kurdistan region cities by the end of 2024

Shafaq News / The process of registering employees in the Kurdistan Region continues with the “Hesabi” project, a digital financial payment system, and the registration of employees has reached 260 thousand people, and 153,000 cards have been issued to the registrants.

By the end of 2024, about 1,000 ATMs will be installed in all provinces, districts and regions of Kurdistan, so that employees can easily receive their salaries, the provincial government said in a statement on Friday.

According to the statement, the number of banks participating in the project is constantly increasing, and so far (BBAC – NBI – RT – Cihan – IIB), all of which have been recognized and approved by the Central Bank of Iraq.

Since last year, as a pilot start, Erbil Maternity Hospital employees have received their salaries through the “Hetabi” banking system.

At the end of last year, the faculties of arts, agriculture and science at Salahuddin University received their salaries through the same system.
