On March the 6th, 2024, the CFTC is having a follow-up meeting with the Global Markets Advisory Committee.
The GMAC is a subcommittee that represents the Digital Market Financial System. This meeting is expected to be a time for them to discuss recommendations on their findings so far and move forward with the Digital Financial System.
The purpose of this meeting is to "enhance the resiliency and efficiency of global markets, including increased liquidity in U.S. Treasury markets and the upcoming transition to T+1 securities settlement."
My understanding is that instant settlements are already being worked on. It is also my understanding from conversations with developers that the move from T+1 settlements to T+0 will not take long.
As they are stating in this next meeting, they're going to discuss liquidity in the US Treasury Markets. More and more millionaires and billionaires are retrieving their funds from the stock market and moving into digital economy assets.
This move encompasses assets tokenized and supported by gold. It provides investment opportunities many of these whales are looking for to move their money.
We are witnessing a ground floor opportunity for those who decide to participate inside the new digital economy. Traders pray for such opportunities as this we are witnessing.
As we move into legislative regulations for protocols inside the crypto economy, stablecoins to pay for these tokenized assets will be coming into focus.

Iraqi PM: The government will work to empower the governorates’ service and executive departments
Shafaq News / Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani stated on Saturday that his government will work on empowering the service and executive departments in all governorates.
This came during his meeting with the Governor of Karbala Nasif Jasim Al-Khattabi and the President of the Provincial Council Qasim Ali Al-Yasiri, along with members of the Provincial Council, according to a statement issued by Al-Sudani's media office.
The Iraqi PM stressed the “need for an economic service program to improve services, living conditions, and the economy in Karbala, given its unique historical and religious importance.” He also underlined “the importance of prioritizing citizens and public services in their residential areas in the districts and sub-districts.”
Al-Sudani stated that “the Provincial Council's service, economic, and social programs must align with the government's objectives and priorities, ensuring a unified approach that complements the federal government's efforts.”
He sees local governments as “essential partners to the ministries in providing services to citizens.”
During the meeting, Prime Minister Al-Sudani also stated that “the government would work to empower the service and executive departments in the governorates and support the supervisory and legislative role of their councils.”
“This initiative strives to fulfill the aspirations of our citizens, complete key infrastructure projects, and enhance services to a distinguished level that earns the appreciation of both residents and visitors of Karbala, from across the globe.”
Additionally, Al-Sudani received the Governor of Maysan, Habib Zaher Al-Fartousi, and the Governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qader Ahmed Dakhil.
At the beginning of the meetings, Prime Minister Al-Sudani congratulated the governors on their appointments and the confidence placed in them by the members of the Provincial Council.
He highlighted the significance of their responsibilities and the necessity of improving the performance of executive and service agencies to meet citizens' expectations.
Al-Sudani noted that “the federal government's program is designed to meet the needs and requirements of citizens across all governorates, with provincial service and executive agencies acting as essential partners in achieving the government's objectives.”
Prime Minister Al-Sudani stressed the urgency of rebuilding infrastructure in Nineveh, “especially in regions ravaged by terrorist control,” and underscored the importance of “social peace, service programs to aid displaced persons' return, and stability in the governorate.”
He also reviewed the service plans and priorities in Maysan, underlining the importance of “progressing with projects based on actual needs and priorities that address citizens' needs and the efficient use of allocations, especially in the service sector, water and sewage networks, and hospital projects.”

Prime minister of Iraq met with our President Trump for a couple of hours in an undisclosed location on Sunday afternoon and they were discussing the fact when Prime Minister, Sudani of Iraq was going to fly back to Iraq that afternoon...he was going to announce to the entire country of Iraq they were indeed a sovereign nation and had a sovereign currency - once that occurred...we would have simultaneous announcement here...
not quite sure who was going make it but was to be made to banks and to our redemption centers, and other institutions - with other officials dealing with currency exchanges... once those announcements were made, we felt like we were good to go and get ready to get started...
...we haven't started yet. But we know that we've checked with certain banks...like Chase and Wells have the dinar, for example is one of our currencies on the front screens of the banks and ...they're rising in value.
But there the last time we checked, the bank screens rates were flashing - ...when it's flashing on and off...it means that it's not quite ready...to be exchanged...So we're waiting according to the latest information that we have from redemption centers and banks, that they're waiting for the green light to come in the form of an email from Wells Fargo, corporate New York...When that email comes in to the redemption centers, they will know that it's time to go it's time to start...we're close.

Oil Minister Haian Abdul Ghani announced the date of stopping the import of gasoline from abroad to cover the local need from it.
Abdul Ghani said in a press statement that “the import of gasoline will be stopped in the second half of 2024 with the increase in the production of local refineries.”
Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani opened yesterday Friday the North refinery in Baiji, which was rehabilitated after a hiatus of more than 10 years.
The current production of the units of the Salah al-Din 1 and 2 refineries and the north is 290 thousand barrels per day.

1) When the security person asks for your currency and ZIM to verify it with the De la Rue Machine to determine if it is AUTHENTIC, DO NOT just hand it over. I REPEAT, DO NOT just hand it over. Do one Country and one denomination at-a-time. Ask them if by handing it over to them “ ARE YOU EXCHANGING IT?” Their answer should be no.
2) This become MOST IMPORTANT when they are giving you the rates. You MUST make sure you have all your questions answered first before “handing-over” ANYTHING. Have you completed the Summary Sheet for each currency? Have you separated everything by Country and denomination and put in separate clear ZIP-LOCK Bags, ie., Dinar -$1,000, $5,000, $20,000 so you will have a post-it with of each, then paperclip each stack. Put each in it’s own ZL Bag then put Dinar ZLB’s (3 in this Example) into 1 that Holds All three.
3) People that walk-in “UNPREPARED” will be the 1st to “SPIN-OUT” (their head will not think straight) and they will make HUGE MISTAKES. REMEMBER: They are not there to tell you what to do or fix what you haven’t done. You are on the CLOCK, so you must have your head on straight. Practice w/ a friend or Spouse, etc.

I REPORTED THAT THOSE WITH THE “LARGE” EXCHANGES OF ZIM WERE ONLY GETTING 10% OF THE TOTAL WITH THE OTHER 90% GOING INTO THE NATIONAL HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVE BUCKETS. AND, OF THEIR 10% THEY WERE GETTING 1% NOW WITH THE OTHER 9% BEING HELD UNTIL AFTER THE NDA’S EXPIRE.
THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT WITH THEIR 10% as none of it is required to be used in a Humanitarian Project. It’s all Personal to be spent on whatever they want.
The Actual Quantity Limits & Possible Exclusion Amounts are not being revealed, so you need to be prepared for a possible surprise. We know the “low-end” is 10% Personal w/ 90% for Humanitarian Projects.
