The Sudani said that Iraq has a strategic partnership agreement and diplomatic relations with America, thus violating the main principles of international relations and the sovereignty equality of countries and the prohibition of the use of force in international relations. The Prime Minister promised the most serious incidents that were repeated more than once in Iraq, through the international coalition forces carrying out attacks against the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization, stressing that the Popular Mobilization represents an official presence of the state and subject to it and an integral part of our armed forces.
