The government media team confirmed, on Thursday, a trend to use the electronic payment process in all government institutions without exception early next year 2024, while it issued a warning to electronic payment card holders.
The spokesman for Lieutenant General Haider Majid said that “the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers issued two days ago, two days ago, to the official authorities, citizens and employees of ironing, master and visa card card holders (cards adopted in the electronic payment process), the necessity and importance of beware of trading or shopping them from unknown and undiscrient sites or stores, and also not to hand over these cards to unknown persons or hand over their secret numbers in order to preserve their money.”
Majid added, “There is a government trend early next year 2024, towards the use of the electronic payment process in all government institutions without exception under the decisions of the Council of Ministers issued and the directives of Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani.”
He stressed, “The main relevant authorities in the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank as well as banks are working to urge citizens and institutions to automate the electronic payment process in coordination with officially approved electronic payment companies to be a new civilizational phenomenon used for the first time in Iraq for years.”

I got in late on Wolverine’s Chat, but these are points I did hear:
1) Pentecostal group is now totally silent, off grid, (Wolverine believes them to be silent due to receiving their blessing).
2) There is mention of the EBS going off before the RV, however, Wolverine hopes this does not happen as many of us are not in a financial position to “stock up” to see us through 10 days of “darkness.” He does not believe the electricity will be cut as we need electricity to see the info on TV and also many rely on electricity for life support and medical care in their homes.
3) In his opinion only (not a fact) he thinks nothing will happen this month of December (well there are only 4 days left). He believes it will begin first week of January. His sources said the gold backed currency needed to be in place ,(but that is obviously in the works IMO).
4) A very high source has said all is done. He said he knows how difficult this is for us, and for him, but that the RV is A Trillion percent real and will be happening. He has not heard from Mauricio and thinks he may be under an NDA.
*****NOTE FROM ME: We all know that by Jan 1, 2024 the dollar is dead in Iraq, and they must revalue. We know Wolverine has been told that all is ready to go. We can see world events lining up for this. We are truly right on the very edge of this. We will start January 2024 all fresh for our great new beginning. Even MarkZ, just the other day mentioned, we could get notified in December, but not be able to do anything until maybe sometime the first week of January. Not in any time in this RV, over all these years, has everything lined up for us to “go” like it is now. It took years, but we really are there. But, for those of us who are hurting/struggling/suffering, each day feels like a year. I am struggling with all of you, I feel with all of you, it has not been an easy time for me or you, but we must have FAITH as Wolverine says. Shafaq News / The Independent High Electoral Commission announced, on Thursday, the final results of the provincial and district council elections 2023, while specifying the names of the winners.
Kirkuk
In Kirkuk, the final results showed, the Kirkuk alliance won our strength and will with 5 seats, the Arab Alliance 3 seats, the United Iraq Turkmen Front two seats, the Kurdistan Democratic Party 2 seats, the Arabism Alliance one seat, the Babylon Movement one seat.
Anbar
In Anbar, a party that advanced won 6 seats, Anbar Our Identity won 3 seats, a two-seat summits alliance, a two-seat sovereignty, a one-seat resolve alliance, a one-seat national deal, and an Anbar United Alliance one seat.
Basra
In Basra, the results showed a 12-seat design alliance, a 5-seat coalition of a state of law, a coalition of three seats, a coalition of national state forces, and a coalition of Iraqi foundations of one seats.
Al-Qadissiya
As for Al-Qadisiyah Governorate, it witnessed the victory of the alliance of Nabai with 4 seats, the coalition of the State of Law 3 seats, the Alliance of Civil Values 3 seats, the Alliance of Civil State Forces 2 seats, the Eshraqat of Canon one seat, and the promise of Iraq one seat.
Muthanna
While he won over Muthanna Governorate, the State of Law Coalition with 3 seats, the National State Forces Alliance 3 seats, the Alliance we build 3 seats, and the Breach Iraq two seats, and the audience of Muthanna is one seat.
Najaf

The elections of the provincial and district councils were held on December 18, and 94% were announced as preliminary results on December 19, while they conducted a manual count of 6% of the votes, at more than two thousand stations whose results did not reach through the carrier medium.
The Electoral Commission confirms that the total number of voters in the public and private votes amounted to 6 million, 599 thousand and 668 voters, while the voting rate reached 41%.
