"RV UPDATE" BY MARKZ, 16 DEC

 MarkZ

I am hearing more and more contacts from different nations saying that they now have the “GO”.   We don’t know the timing but it’s my understanding that they have been releasing the countries one by one.

They all should go at one time but they are getting their permissions and marching orders now.  I am hearing from different governmental sources that  it is all released and the amounts have been agreed to and shared with the participating countries. Now, we are waiting for someone to say “GO” and we do not know what the timing is. I think the banks may know but they are not telling me.

“I’m getting updates from government sources across the World, plus my bank sources, who all agree that everything has been released and the amount of currency rates have been agreed to and has been shared with various countries.

We are very close, but don’t know if it’s going to happen now, or on the 20th, or the first of January. …A lot has happened during the 14th and 15th and more is expected to happen in the coming days.

We have seen tremendous progress in the last few days…behind the scenes…I hear more and more contacts from different nations say that they now have the “GO”. We don’t know the timing, but I understand that they have been releasing the countries one by one. They should all be going at the same time, but now they are getting their permits and marching/go orders. …We know that Iraq has a lot of money to spend between the 20th and the 25th.”

"RV UPDATE" BY RAYREN98, 16 DEC

 Fri. 15 Dec. TNT RayRen98:

The expected RV is now scheduled. Good news. This morning Iraq citizens were told in the next couple days. Sudani told ppl the rate is going to change in the next couple of days. I also go this from Tish she was watching in Iraqi tv.  The RV was supposed to occur last night Thurs. 14 Dec.

Supposedly, the reason it didn’t is the U.N. filed a motion to take over the entire process. The judge denied the U.N. motion.  It didn’t make any sense b/c the IMF already released it to the counties. Every country has money, reserved currency, and is waiting to go live. Our window of time is 4:30pm Eastern Fri. 15 evening until 5:00 pm Eastern Sun 17 Dec. of when this could go through. In Iraq today the Kurdistan region was told that today was the last day they can turn in three zero notes and actually get 25,000 dinar for a 25,000 note.

Sudani was telling ppl this morning in a town hall type of meeting that the rate is going to change in the next couple of days. The last day the rate changed was the 20th of December. If Iraq says today is last day, 4:30 EST is the next day Iraq time ~ a few minutes past midnight. They wanted to do it at 1:00 am eastern. This is how they want it to go down. In Iraq everyone is off Monday and Tuesday so they can go vote and the budget will be released on Tuesday. All the money.

Always said they wouldn’t do that until the rate was changed. This hopefully will be our weekend. People who had bank appointments this weekend were told that there would be no fees during the exchange.  If you go to the teller window, there will be fees. There is no turning back. US has released it. IMF released to each country so when it goes, they can start exchanging. The money is in place so they can operate with it. They can’t wait. Sudani saying in a couple of days.

Al-Sudani: We have developed a plan to construct dams throughout Iraq, 16 DEC

Al-Sudani: We have developed a plan to construct dams throughout Iraq

The Prime Minister of Iraq, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani, has announced that his government has developed a plan to tackle the issue of water scarcity in the country. The project involves dams to collect rainwater across Iraq, including the Kurdistan region. Al-Sudani stated that the problem of water scarcity is a result of climate change, which poses an existential threat to the country. This has resulted in a decrease in water levels in rivers due to migration and other impacts. The government has already taken steps to address the problem by implementing wastewater networks, but the need for treatment plants has resulted in sewage being dumped into rivers, which further exacerbates the problem.

The government’s plan includes the construction of treatment plants in all regions from Mosul to Basra by 2024 to ensure that wastewater is processed and not released into rivers. This will also help to address the environmental problems caused by the burning of associated gas, which contributes to global warming. The government is also planning to incentivize farmers to adopt more efficient irrigation methods, such as the use of sprinkler systems, which will help to conserve water.

Al-Sudani also highlighted the issue of neighboring countries, such as Turkey, which have built dams that generate electrical energy but release water on the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, reducing the water supply to Iraq. Al-Sudani emphasized that the government’s efforts to address the issue are being carried out diplomatically, as escalating the matter to international organizations would take time and may not address the root of the problem.

The government’s strategic plan to overcome the water scarcity problem will be announced soon, with hopes that it will be signed by the Turkish President during his visit to Baghdad. The plan includes the construction of dams in the Kurdistan region and the implementation of an integrated water management process that involves diverting wastewater to agriculture, as is done in other countries. Al-Sudani reassured the public that the government is taking the matter seriously and is committed to addressing the issue of water scarcity in Iraq.

The Prime Minister has proposed a plan to build small dams throughout Iraq in order to harvest rainwater and direct it to various uses. He is optimistic and believes that this plan, which he describes as “integrated for all parts of Iraq,” is the ideal solution to the water problem. He states that if they manage water revenues well, it will be sufficient to meet all human and non-human needs. Technicians and specialists have confirmed the viability of this strategic project.
