 Sudani didn't go [to the UN] to make one speech. 

 He went there to make that speech to invite the whole world into Iraq and then he went and did all of these little sidebar meetings at the United Nations with many different groups - businesses, companies, countries, presidents...He went on a mission to promote his two reforms.

Question:  "I don't know what HCL is?"   If you live in Alaska or Texas you would be able to receive mineral and oil rights/money because you live on that land.  The state owes you as a citizen of that state a royalty. 

 Iraqi citizens live on an ocean of oil...They are being given their rights when they sell these precious items through what's called a Hydro-carbon Law.

Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg at the embassy reopening

Baghdad – Austria reopened its embassy in Iraq’s capital Baghdad on Tuesday after a 30-year absence, in what was hailed as a sign of a return to stability.

“We are back and we mean business,” Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg told the opening ceremony of the mission, located in the downtown Babylon Rotana Hotel.

Iraq is a “key country” in the region, he said during a joint press conference with his Iraqi counterpart, Fuad Hussein.

“It plays an extremely important role in the stability and security of the entire region.” Ten businesspeople joined him from companies ready to invest, he said, ranging from the energy, health and telecom sectors to transport and infrastructure. These sectors are struggling in war-scarred Iraq, where many roads and the power grid are in disrepair.

“The strongest signal of trust is that 10 well-known Austrian companies are part of my delegation, who are ready to invest here, who are ready to build a business here,” Schallenberg said.

According to the Austrian Economic Chambers, Austrian exports to Iraq last year rose to 94.5 million euros ($101 million), up 25 percent on year.

The Austrian minister also touched on irregular migration and said agreements were signed on the readmission of Iraqis residing illegally in Austria.

Vienna closed its embassy in Iraq in 1991, in the middle of the Gulf War.

Since then, the Austrian embassy in neighboring Jordan took on the functions of the Baghdad embassy, although Vienna stresses that relations between Iraq and Austria “were never cut off”.

Oil-rich Iraq, after more than four decades of conflicts, has returned to a level of stability but remains hounded by political turmoil and corruption.

Many Iraqis also decry what they see as the excessive influence of its neighbor Iran, whose presence is seen in armed factions and pro-Tehran political parties that support the current Iraqi government and dominate the parliament.

The representative of the coordination framework, Firas Al-Muslimaoui, revealed that several parliamentary proposals were presented to the Governor of the Central Bank, Ali Al-Alaq, regarding reducing the prices of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar.

Al-Muslimaoui said in a statement to Al-Maalouma: “Central Bank Governor Ali Al-Alaq received several proposals regarding ending the crisis of the high dollar exchange rate in the parallel market against the Iraqi dinar.”

He added, “Parliamentary proposals included dealing with the euro and the yuan when importing goods from Asia and Europe instead of the dollar to end total dependence on America.”

He pointed out that “the dollar will gradually decline over the next week after Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani held a series of meetings in Washington with the US Treasury.”

The price of the dollar continues to rise, reaching record numbers exceeding 159 thousand dinars against 100 dollars.

Member: Hoping it will be a happy Friday…… I always thought a good time to push the button may be when markets close on a Friday.

MZ: There is an article out that has people panicked today….”Parliament sets 3 months to restore the exchange rate of the dollar to the official rate”  Do not panic about this.  We saw similar articles come out of Kuwait just before they RV’d….an article ccame out saying they were not going to RV for at least 6 months…then bam…they did it that same day….…….

Member:  Mark, has anyone confirmed that Sudani is speaking today in NY?

MZ: I am still hearing he is speaking today. 

Member:  Goldilocks says US and Iraq are talking to strengthen our dollar.

Member: Rumor is Iraq has already RV’d. 

Member: If Iraq rvd …..why have we not heard about it on Forex?

Member:  I believe that Iraq is still under US sanctions. Until that gets changed, the currency isn't tradeable in the US.

Member: Remember when you were in high school and you secretly wanted to go to a party but told your parents you were going to the library to study….It was a secret right?  That is what Iraq is doing. They will not come out and say the exact date …why is that so hard to understand? 

MZ: That’s a great example. They are clouding it….and clouding it on purpose. 

Member: I was going through some notes I took years ago from 2 men that got me into this. They said  back in 2016 that dinar would be $11.75 and dong would be $4.71 . I wonder how close our true rates will be to that?

MZ: I saw some very impressive math in the early 2010’s. Maybe 2012 from an exceptional Iraqi source. They were pointing to a rate between $12.70 ish-$14.70 ish for the dinar based on the math for that day and time…... a lot has changed since then. With values and inflation…so I could defiantly see that now. But I am preparing myself for lower…but hoping for higher. 

MZ: Since Vietnam and Iraq are trading partners….I feel if Iraq rate is high…then the Vietnam rate will also be high. 

Member: At this point 1 To 1 would be great ….if something would just happen

Member: Good idea to expect less and be pleasantly surprised if it’s more.

Member:   In RV HIGHLIGHTS ALEX COLLIER said the International rate for the DINAR is $11.90 and the IN country Rate in Iraq is $4.85. It was posted last night.

Member: I am still praying there is no taxes on our exchange.

Member:  my friends accountanr said that there is no tax or capital gains on the money exchange. He teaches tax law to tax attorneys

Member: Mark –did you come back to the states because you know we and you are going to exchange in the next couple of days

Member: I am very hopeful it will RV while I am here. 

Member: US fiscal year starts Oct 1 along with some other nations…...  If Iraq’s fiscal year starts Oct 1, wouldn’t the RV rate need to be announced before that?

Member: if Iraq goes alone, Mr. c wouldn't put in codes. does that mean the rv would not go?

Member: No – Mr. C is supposedly entering codes for the US Gold backed/asset backed currency……that means we in the US would be exchanging into fiat currency……There are supposedly many signatories to this reset…and they all do a specific job. 

Member: So are other currencies still expected to RV with Iraq?

MZ: Yes …a bunch of them. The big ones we expect are Iraq, Vietnam, Indonesia, Venezuela, Zimbabwe…..and more…..also a decent change in the BRICS currencies as well. 

Member:  US Debt clock showing silver at $1124/oz and gold at $9353/oz plus some other interesting changes and additions.

Member: The debt clock definitely keeps changing .

Member:  They added BRICS to the debt clock overnight !!  US Debt Clock now includes BRICS ratio to gold.

Member: Keep Praying Sudani announces the new dinar rate this weekend once he gets backc home to Iraq. 

Member:  “I will prosper My people” was a prophetic Word by Kim Clement when he was talking about summer. Note: last day of summer is September 23 this year!

 “Joint leader’s statement:  Elevating United States and Vietnam relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership”  So we really want to work with Vietnam. Be best buddies…It’s obvious the US is putting a lot of effort into Vietnam right now…this is a good thing. This means the US wants Vietnam to revalue and be successful.

…His [Sudani] first speech at the UN was more on the military situation, security etc…for the region.  Latest reports are that he is now expected to talk again on Friday and address the UN…then hurry home…There is a lot of speculation that he will announce a rate…or that they are going international with their currency…when he gives that speech. Cross your fingers and say your prayers that this comes to fruition.

In Iraq:

We were also hearing this kind of thing from Kuwait before their last RV. I was always told to watch for this as a final trigger that needs to be hit right before we see RV. They are working on it. They may be releasing things like this so we don’t know if it’s already done or not.
