We recently heard about an estimated $250 million cost to print the new currency. Why calculate the cost of a project if there is no serious planning behind it?

Knowing the printing cost doesn’t prove implementation is guaranteed—but it strongly suggests the project has been technically studied and seriously considered.

👉 “We are not printing yet” is NOT the same as “we are not preparing.”
