That is correct. The Central Bank does not randomly print currency unless it's to replace damaged or worn out notes. There is no need for a new currency unless it is warranted. Moving to digital will eventually reduce physical notes.

External expenses are paid in dollars since their primary revenue is dollars. Dinar is used to pay salaries, etc. in country.

Much of the float articles that we have seen have concerns about speculators that is because they are referencing dealers speculating within the country. That will not happen.
All of these changes that they're talking about pertain to monetary policy. They have nothing to do with the exchange rate. Whether or not the exchange rate goes up or not is directly related to the economic success thereafter.
By the end of the year when the Central Bank of Iraq ends the currency auction, only transfers amongst established Iraqi banks and regional or International banks will occur. In other words, the float of the dinar and transfer of funds will be institutional.
What this means for us is the future of the dinar exchange rate is directly tied to the capital flowing through the CBI, economic growth, and success of Iraq. As Iraq prospers, so will the dinar! Though we may not see the dinar exchange rate improve initially. This is a significant change in monetary policy for the Central Bank of Iraq. Some 20 years in the waiting.
Shafaq News / The Joint Operations Command announced, on Saturday, the overthrow of the “most important terrorist detachment” in Salah al-Din, citing the implementation of two raids on ISIS dens in the province.

Individuals and society always seek to meet growing needs in a certain field of activity, while information technology expands the capabilities of all people, organizations and countries.
Information technology has not only changed the patterns of business and consumer behavior in the modern economy, but also laid the foundation for various processes: high-tech production and economic activity, development of financial services, changes in educational concepts and standards, digital transformation.
This infrastructure, formed on the basis of electronic interoperability, has become a new direction of global technology development in which economic activity depends on digital technologies.
The digital economy enhances competition and competitiveness not only within the country, but also at the global level. An economist talks about the mechanism for overcoming the budget deficit
Economist Osama Al-Tamimi described: “Today, the budget deficit is planning, not executive, but he stressed that the deficit is real when the government is able to implement all its programs and spend the budget completely.”

Well the WF Banker responsible for 5 states exchange centers has advised that all his trained specialists will be on a one hour call to their assigned positions all this coming weekend and were cautioned this event could very well be activated so they should be aware of their duties for the next several weeks.
First they schedule appointments then they operate the necessary machinery at the various banks to complete the exchanges for US currency.

Sudan praised the efforts of the commanders and officers who participated in the completion and operation of this center, which was established in cooperation with the French company Thales, which is specialized in defense equipment, on the path of plans to develop the arming of our armed forces of various types, as the government allocated approximately 5 trillion dinars for these goals, including 3 trillion in the 2024 budget, and within the project of strengthening armed capabilities.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces explained that the goal of maintaining the security and sovereignty of Iraq on its territory, airspace and waters is a major focus within the objectives of the government program in the field of defense and facing security challenges, especially in the post-end phase of the tasks of the international coalition.
He also pointed out the continuation of efforts in pursuing all forms of terrorist threats or violations, and building detection and early warning capabilities, especially in the field of low detection, and with the development of air defense levels and technologies in neighboring countries and the region, in addition to emphasizing the development of employing esandomers from the latest specialized aircraft to face all possibilities of violations or aggression.

On Wednesday, June 5, a political source was informed, revealed a 40-day deadline granted by armed Iraqi factions to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, to resolve the file of removing US forces from the country, promising that otherwise it would resume their attacks against US military forces.
In early February, attacks by armed groups on U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria stopped, after a drone attack killed three U.S. soldiers in Jordan,
in response to which the United States carried out air strikes on sites in Iraq and Syria.
In the midst of the new developments, a political source familiar with Shafaq News told Agency that “a number of armed factions have given the Sudanese and his government until mid-July to resolve the file of removing American forces from the country.”
The source added, “The factions stipulated the establishment of an announced and binding timetable for the resolvement of this file, and otherwise military operations against American goals and interests in Iraq and the region will be resurred.”
On January 30, 2024, the Hezbollah Iraq Brigades announced the cessation of its operations against US forces in order to “not embarrass the Iraqi government,” recommending its fighters “temporarily negative defense.”
Iraqi armed factions launched periodic attacks on US bases in Iraq and Syria, which began in late October 2023, against the backdrop of the Gaza war.

Al-Saadi said in a press interview that "the Belt and Road Initiative occurred in the time of successive governments and was a prelude to linking Iraq to the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative."
He added that "the Belt and Road Initiative to ensure Iraq's strategic and economic projects, pointing out that the agreement was procrastinated in the time of the Al-Kazemi government," pointing out that the current government is obligated to activate the agreement with China and link Iraq to the Belt and Road Initiative.

By the way, I've got to put out a fire right away. Someone has brought up the idea of a structured pay out – There are no structured pay outs - That was a concept years ago that came out by the deep state to make you think you were not going to have access to your money or something restricted like that, that's total BS. There's no such thing as a structured pay out - doesn't apply. We're going to have access to all of our funds within 30 to 90 days - there's no structure to that. Just so you know.
Now there was somewhat of a structure with some of the tier two and tier threes that were super whales, with access to their funds - but it's not really an issue either for them. Tier three and tier three have not been notified either. The bondholders, the bond sellers, they have not received notifications that they have access to their accounts. Not yet. They're waiting like we are .
Now, for most part, what we've been hearing is that the rates, for example, on these currencies that are going up in value, the rates finally solidified over the last couple of days, at least, we've heard on screens, but not telling us what these rates are right now, we don't have that – we know they were trading. - They had some pretty good numbers, but we know now that they're trading upwards exponentially, if you know what exponential means, that's moving in a very fast direction, and I think exponential might be an exaggeration - but they are definitely moving up – up – up -- until they settle in to where they want those rates to be for us.
And we've known what the rates are supposed to get to for months now, and I don't have any problem, I believe that that's what they're going to do and where they're going to be.
In the meantime, what has happened is today, redemption center staff went in for three hours for one and then three more hours for another one. In case the numbers came through today. They did not come in today.
So redemption center, Chief, if you will, was said for them to come back in tomorrow, instead of three hours at a clip, four hours at a clip, and they would overlap by one hour. That's good.
And so what that means is we're looking for the toll free numbers to come out possibly tomorrow. Now there's nothing absolute about that, but I want us to have our faith ready to believe and to receive those toll free numbers if, in fact, they do come out tomorrow. We know that there's a lot going on behind the scenes. Onfe of our bankers - Wells Fargo said, Just hang in there. This was said yesterday, just hang in there a couple more days.
Well, couple more days. It'd be Friday. That's tomorrow, so maybe that's when they manifest. Maybe that's when the rates come in, and that's when the toll free numbers for us come out in our emails.
I think that it's very possible that we get this tomorrow, and through the weekend, we're setting appointments and exchanging
We know that a lot is supposed to be happening this coming week. And I mean politically, I mean, with NESARA - a lot, a lot of things are set to happen. I don't really want to get into the political side of it that much, but believe me, the tide has turned in our favor.

“Everything is ready to go. All the Banks had more meetings this week and were told the same briefing. Banks were told there was a 99% chance that it would go public tonight, or this weekend. Everyone is excited about this weekend. Our first opportunity is later today, or we will see it this weekend. They are working extended hours this weekend.”
Tony’s bankers went in at 5:00am today in anticipation for something to happen this afternoon, which still could happen at any moment. As of right now, our first opportunity is after 4:00pm today or anytime over the weekend.
Bank contacts in FL, NY, Chicago and Indiana advised that they had all received massive amounts of money, in preparation for this to occur.
Banks advised that there will be security in the parking lots, as well as inside of the banks. “Some people” told Tony that it started 2 days ago, and that it “just hasn’t gotten to us yet.”
Regional banks advised that it has started for them, and that as of yesterday, people who had SKR funds pending were supposed to “be showing live” in their accounts.
The “technical issues” from last Friday were apparently still missing a component, which has now been resolved. The electronic and physical issues were previously satisfied, however, satellite transmission capabilities for fund transfers are now complete.
Bank staff have been informed that they will be working extended hours this weekend.
There is no “fussing or fighting” in Iraq, there has been no mention of the budget, the only issue being reported on, is their focus on recovering the stolen money.
Tony advised that a contract rate of $28.50 for the Dinar should be available to those who ask for it.
Tony was asked how certain he was, that this was finally our weekend and his response was “99%.”
Tony received a text during the call which made him laugh, and he stated that “the word is, that the sooner we get off the phone, the sooner things get started.”
