๐Ÿงฉ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ BEFORE “DELETE THE ZEROS”: IS IRAQ NOW CHECKING THE BOXES REQUIRED FOR ACTIVATION? ๐Ÿ”—๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ LET’S KEEP CONNECTING THE DOTS ๐Ÿงฉ๐Ÿ’ฐ

๐Ÿ”—๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ LET’S KEEP CONNECTING THE DOTS ๐Ÿงฉ๐Ÿ’ฐ

And here I want to remind everyone of something our CBI contact told us previously. ๐Ÿ“ข

According to the information we received, before the “Delete the Zeros” Project could be activated, Iraq would first need to advance through several structural reforms and conditions.

The sequence presented to us was:

๐Ÿ’ป 1. DIGITALIZATION OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM
⬇️
๐Ÿ›ก️ 2. STRENGTHENING STATE SOVEREIGNTY & SECURITY
⬇️
⚔️ 3. ELIMINATING OR DISMANTLING THE INFLUENCE OF PRO-IRANIAN ARMED MILITIAS OUTSIDE STATE CONTROL
⬇️
๐Ÿ’ฐ 4. CREATING THE CONDITIONS TO ACTIVATE “DELETE THE ZEROS”

๐Ÿ‘€ NOW LOOK AT WHAT WE ARE SEEING TODAY

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ Iraq is pushing forward with digital payments, banking modernization, better liquidity management, and greater integration of money into the formal banking system. ๐Ÿ’ณ๐Ÿฆ

At the same time, Baghdad is working to strengthen state authority and national sovereignty, including the ongoing debate over the future of armed factions and the requirement that weapons come under state control. ๐Ÿ›ก️๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ

Does this mean “Delete the Zeros” is ready?

❌ No.

But we can ask an important question:

๐Ÿค” Are we beginning to see some of the conditions that our CBI contact previously said needed to be in place before a potential monetary reform?

๐Ÿงฉ HOW DO THESE PIECES CONNECT?

๐Ÿ’ป DIGITALIZATION
→ Makes it easier to monitor and control financial transactions. ๐Ÿ“Š

๐Ÿฆ MODERN BANKING SYSTEM
→ Provides better infrastructure for managing liquidity and accounts during a potential currency conversion. ๐Ÿ’ต

๐Ÿ“‰ REDUCING THE PARALLEL MARKET
→ Strengthens the CBI’s ability to manage monetary and foreign-exchange flows. ๐Ÿ’ฑ

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ GREATER STATE SOVEREIGNTY
→ Strengthens the government’s ability to implement national reforms. ๐Ÿ›️

๐Ÿ›ก️ STATE SECURITY & CONTROL
→ Creates a more stable institutional environment for major economic reforms. ๐Ÿ”

๐Ÿ”ข DELETE THE ZEROS
→ Could represent a later stage of monetary modernization if Iraqi authorities decide to implement it. ๐Ÿ’ฐ

๐Ÿ”ฅ AND THIS IS WHERE THE BIGGER PICTURE GETS INTERESTING

We are not saying that every one of these developments was created specifically to prepare for “Delete the Zeros.”

What we are observing is something broader:

๐ŸŒ Several independent reforms appear to be moving toward the same general objective: building a more modern, banked, digitalized, sovereign, and internationally integrated Iraq. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ

And if the information from our CBI contact about the sequence proves accurate, then the digital transformation we are seeing today could be one of the foundational steps needed before a monetary reform.

๐Ÿงฉ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ THE BIGGER SEQUENCE

๐Ÿ’ป DIGITALIZATION
⬇️
๐Ÿฆ BANKING MODERNIZATION
⬇️
๐Ÿ“‰ REDUCING THE PARALLEL MARKET
⬇️
๐Ÿ›ก️ STRENGTHENING STATE CONTROL
⬇️
⚔️ RESOLVING THE MILITIA ISSUE
⬇️
๐Ÿ’ฐ GREATER MONETARY STABILITY
⬇️
๐Ÿ”ข POTENTIAL “DELETE THE ZEROS”

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This sequence is a hypothesis based on information from our contact and our interpretation of the reforms currently taking place. There is no official CBI confirmation that these measures constitute a timeline for implementing “Delete the Zeros.”

But that is exactly why…

๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ”ฅ LET’S KEEP CONNECTING THE DOTS.

Because sometimes the story does not appear in a single headline.

It is built piece by piece. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ถ๐Ÿงฉ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ”—
