Iraq Gov’t CANNOT send the budget schedules/tables to Parliament to view, to touch, to peek, to vote on, pass on, NOR the Kurdistan Region Gov’t can begin exporting oil internationally until the DINAR RATE CHANGES 1st!!! (imo)
On top of..The Trump Administration is putting pressure on Iraq to release the oil.
Let’s see what excuse they can come up with next but the PRESSURE is on
