One Government"...an initiative by Al-Sudani's office to solve the problems of Iraqis

Hundreds of Iraqis send their appeals every day to a WhatsApp group called “One Government,” with the aim of eliminating routine procedures to resolve their humanitarian and service issues.
This group is affiliated with the office of Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and is also a verified page on Facebook. The group includes all government ministers and service officials in Iraq, in addition to a group of journalists.
Including RT’s correspondent in Iraq: Our correspondent conducted a test of the group’s response speed to appeals, and transmitted an appeal from citizens in the Dora area after their electricity was cut off, and the problem was resolved after only two hours.
An employee in the Prime Minister’s Office told RT: “This group seeks to expedite the resolution of citizens’ basic issues, whether they are service or humanitarian. Because many appeals have not been resolved and some officials have not paid attention to them, the Prime Minister has formed a team to follow up on them and deliver them directly to those concerned.”
The group operates on a rapid mechanism, where employees in Al-Sudani's office refer the appeal to the relevant minister, who then forwards it to the relevant officials in his ministry.
Violations and encroachments on public spaces are also sent to the group, in addition to individuals and companies who raise the prices of products or services provided. Accordingly, the government has arrested dozens of private generator owners for raising the price of an ampere of electricity.
However, activists, journalists and observers believe that this mechanism is not a radical solution to the service, humanitarian and economic problems in Iraq, but rather a temporary solution that brings citizens closer to service departments.
