This cannot be accomplished without releasing the new exchange rate.
This cannot be achieved without financing reconstruction projects.
This can not be attained without purchasing power for the national currency.
Iraq was just removed from the list of high-risk countries by the FATF.
Which means they have reached Security & Stability.
Period.
