DISCUSSION ABOUT IRAQ THAT IS NO LONGER ON THE " GREY" LIST FOR THE ADEQUACY OF THE PROCEDURE OF COMBATING MONEY LAUNDERING AND FINANCING OF TERRORISM" BY MNT GOAT, 29 MAY

PART. 3

So, in today’s news out pops an article telling us that Iraq is no longer on the “grey” list for the adequacy of the procedures followed by the Iraqi authorities in the field of combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

The Media Center of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, in a statement received by Shafaq News, said that the organization decided at its general meeting held in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the period from May 19-23, to consider Iraq one of the countries that are highly committed to the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in the field of combating money laundering and terrorist financing after the Iraqi team succeeded in convincing the general meeting of MENA FATV of the adequacy of the measures taken by it in this field. Folks this is just yet another event not to be taken lightly.

This is so important. Why would the US Treasury and the IMF want Iraq to conduct currency trades with the rest of the world in their own currency if they were still on the threat list for terrorist financing, if even just the “grey” list?

So, the measures Iraq has taken has now removed them from this list. The choo choo is moving down the tracks ….

We must now buckle down and pray and pray like never before for the success of Al-Sudani and his agreements with Washington are implemented.

Pray for the U.S. in that there are strong enough representatives in Congress and the Senate who will stand up and continue to fight to uphold the US Constitution and keep fighting this Washington corruption. Pray that that God’s Hand will intervene and save our great country.
