Of all, The post I have made; This is the most important one to watch.
WHY? Because there is no one Dinar in Iraq.
They use the 1000 Dinar just like we use the dollar.
The 1000 dinar is worth 0.76 Cents. I 'll explain later something Dr. Sahbibi said.

GM - Hope you all had a great weekend. Today is a very exciting day for us Americans and for freedom.
I was asked what I thought about the CBI issuing new security features on the 2021 notes -- it's aimed at taking counterfeits out of circulation before the CBI issues new lower denomination notes.
In Iraq, they use the 1000 dinar note just like we use the $1 bill here.
See the video clip below from inside Iraq..
BELOW ARE THE -- IQD TO DOLLAR VALUE.
250 IQD: 250 IQD = 0.19 USD
500 IQD: 500 IQD = 0.38 USD
1000 IQD: 1000 IQD = 0.76 USD 5000 IQD: 5000 IQD = 3.81 USD
10000 IQD: 10000 IQD = 7.63 USD
25000 IQD: 25000 IQD = 19.08 USD
50000 IQD: 50000 IQD = 38.16 USD
All these goods in Iraq will need to be repriced with the new lower denomination notes pricing. When they switch the old notes out for the new ones.
I'm still out of town -- be back tomorrow.
Shafaq News / The local government in Nineveh called on Sunday on the Central Bank of Iraq to lift the ban imposed on the province on dealing with the dollar in financial transfers and obtaining its share of the American currency.
“The ban on financial activities in the province continues by the Central Bank of Iraq,” Nineveh Provincial Council member Mohammed Ahris told Shafaq News.
He pointed out that “preventing Nineveh from financial transactions, dealing in dollars and entering the currency sale window caused direct financial losses of 20 million dollars per month,” pointing out that “the continued prohibition of Nineveh offices from transferring the dollar increased unemployment rates and negatively affected the progress of projects and hindered investment in the governorate.”
He added that “the reasons for preventing Nineveh from dealing with the dollar, like other governorates, are still unjustified and ununderstood, especially since the security situation in the governorate is stable and above-excellent.”
Ahris stressed that “Nineveh addressed the Central Bank on more than one occasion to solve this problem, but without these attempts resulting in solutions.”
It is noteworthy that Nineveh province is prohibited from foreign remittances in dollars since its liberation from ISIS in late 2017, through strict measures from the Central Bank of Iraq.
Officials attribute these measures in a security and economic framework, aimed at preventing the leakage of funds to suspicious parties, especially after ISIS used the informal financial system to finance its operations.
This prohibition was also the result of concerns that remittances could be reused to finance terrorism or support illegal activities.
Article: “HANTOUSH: ELECTRONIC PAYMENT REDUCES THE COST OF PAPER CURRENCY AND SUPPORTS ECONOMIC TRANSPARENCY”
...in early January 2023, the Finance Committee told us this was their goal to market the electronic payment process and do it in a BIG way. Sounds like their goal was accomplished. I know from my CBI contact that this had to be accomplished to conduct the Project to Delete the Zeros.
Dr Shabibi also in 2011 told us this was an integral part of this plan to withdraw nearly 2/3 of the monetary mass in circulation and to conduct the Project to Delete the Zeros. Well…they are telling us now this is successful and done.

Baghdad
The Parliamentary Energy Committee revealed, on Thursday, American pressure to pass the amendment to the budget law.
The Deputy Chairman of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee in the House of Representatives, Adnan Al-Jaberi, said in an interview with the “Al-Mudawala” program, which is broadcast on “Al-Ahd” channel, that “most of the companies operating in the Kurdistan Region are American,” stressing that “the American administration is pressing to expedite the amendment of the budget law.”
He added, "The amendment of the budget aims to address the oil dispute between Baghdad and Erbil," indicating that "the amendment of Article 14 of the budget will lead to the appointment of about 12,000 employees on a contract basis."
He added, "The vote on amending the budget will lead to Baghdad's recognition of the oil contracts concluded by the region," explaining that "we proposed to the region to establish a national oil company affiliated with the federal Ministry of Oil."
He added, "We are seeking to amend Article 12 of the budget in a strict manner to prevent the region and the center from evading implementation."
Hanan Al-Fatlawi calls on Parliament to pass the budget amendment as quickly as the three laws were approved

Baghdad
Head of the Irada bloc, MP Hanan Al-Fatlawi, called on the House of Representatives today, Friday, to pass the amendment to the three-year budget law with the same speed with which it passed the three laws.
Al-Fatlawi said in a tweet followed by "Mawazine News": "I call on the House of Representatives to pass the budget amendment with the same speed with which it passed the three laws within seconds."
She added, "Keeping the budget unamended means that the government will continue to pay one trillion dinars per month in salaries to the region, while companies in the region continue to produce 320,000 barrels per day (870 billion dinars per month) that are smuggled outside Iraq and sold at low prices, much lower than SOMO prices, in addition to Turkey demanding a fine of $24 million per month for not exporting oil through the Iraqi pipeline extending to Ceyhan."
