Yes, the RATE should reflect a true VALUE but it does not today. They know it and we know it.  Iraq does not have to rebuild their economy for the rate to change accordingly as the value is already present, just with the resources they can now exploit and sell...

Once they do rebuild Iraq cities and grow their economy the dinar should also then adjust its rate and go even higher as thy plan to put it on a FLOAT when it is reinstated. …No, it is not possible to float the dinar starting at the program rate…

...when I read the 2011 Dr Shabibi plan for the reinstatement process...He told us then that the de-dollarization is critical in Iraq’s currency reform process. So, it sounds to me like this phase of the Dr Shabibi plan is ending and they are moving to the next stage of the process. We all know what that is, don’t we…hint…hint…hint.

An expert in security affairs, Adnan Al-Tamimi confirmed, on Thursday, America’s inability to get involved militarily in Iraq for three main reasons.

Al-Tamimi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The American crowds are nothing but a process of replacing the American military units in the Syrian camps, which were exploited by the media in Iraq.”

He added, “America will not get involved in Iraq by trying to turn back the clock for three main reasons. It knows that any military friction will turn into an all-out battle with millions, in addition to the fact that there is an army and a popular crowd with good capabilities accompanied by the fact that the international situation does not give flexibility to the White House in any way.” Another adventure.

He pointed out that “Bruganda’s performances and the publication of videos about the American convoys are an intended act by the intelligence services in Washington in an attempt to send international messages, but the truth is that America realizes that its position is weak in the Middle East, and any collision would be the beginning of the end of its presence, not in Iraq, but perhaps the Middle East.” .

And social media platforms had published videos documenting the movement of military convoys in several Iraqi governorates in the past days.

We can see they’re about to start spending and spending is going to need an exchange rate that is not 1310 as the official exchange rate.

What we’re looking for is the investment projects because that’s going to be going into the market economy.  Those investment projects is what we’re waiting for…

  I believe they're at that stage where the spending project is about ready to go.  The security and stability is being enforced.  Let's see how it goes.

Member:  any truth to bond holders being on their way to Zürich?

MZ: What I am hearing from a number of bond contacts and people facilitating bonds is there is definitely some movement there. I have heard final contracts are going out early next week. This is from a number of my contacts. 

MZ: There has been a little adjustment to percentages of facilitators…but this is exceptionally positive. This is something we have heard before but, it never came to fruition. This time it feels different to me. This is coming from multiple locations around the globe.  Contracts going out may be the biggest news of the day. Now we need to see people getting paid. 

MZ: Very quiet on the Iraq side….at least for me. 

Member:  Dr Shabibi told us that de-dollarization is CRITICAL in Iraq currency reform process, I think we're ready for the next stage!

Member:  Hopefully the brics meeting and aftermath will cause our desired results to come to fruition

 PARLIAMENTARY ORIENTATION TO LEGISLATE THE OIL AND GAS LAW

Today, Friday, the representative of the State of Law Parliamentary bloc, Firas Al-Maslamawi, revealed the laws to be legislated in Parliament in the coming period, while stressing the imminent vote on the advisory offices law and the amendment of the private university education law.

Al-Maslamawi said, “The priority of the presidency of Parliament and the House of Representatives is to legislate laws sent by the government, and in the second stage come the proposals for laws and committees.”

He explained, “Parliamentary committees decided that the proposals and amendments of laws sent by the government should be in a way that touches the lives of citizens.”

He added, “Among the important laws that Parliament intends to legislate after the arrival of its draft is the oil and gas law,” stressing that “there is a parliamentary and governmental will to legislate it in a manner that preserves justice in the distribution of wealth.”

He pointed out, “Parliament’s determination to support the vulnerable segments with regard to small and income-generating projects, as this law has been approved and has become effective, in addition to the information law, as it is a very important law and is concerned with electronic extortion.”

He pointed out that “the informatics law aims to protect everyone, contrary to what was circulated in the media, that it is a restriction of freedoms,” noting that “the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee is working to complete this law.”

He pointed out that “there is a trend among the political blocs and forces to form legal committees aimed at taking the initiative and enacting laws that directly affect the life of the citizen,” noting that “the government has withdrawn 9 laws, most notably the law of random homes, and is awaiting sending them to Parliament and voting on them.”

Al-Maslamawi stated that “the House of Representatives is moving towards legislating or amending laws related to the sectors of agriculture, industry and water resources, as well as education and higher education,” noting that “the Higher Education Committee will soon vote on the consulting offices law and efforts to amend Law 25 of private university education, which pertains to private universities.” In addition to amending Law 40.
