The Central Bank of Iraq issued a directive to the banks, private banks and exchange companies, regarding travel tickets for the purchase of dollars for travelers.
According to a document issued by the Central Bank, received by Economy News, it is: “For regulatory and regulatory purposes, it is decided not to accept air tickets issued by airlines and travel and tourism companies listed on domestic or international sanctions lists in the sale of the cash dollar for passengers.”
