ERBIL — The Iraqi Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, has met with a delegation from the World Bank, headed by the Regional Director for the Middle East, Jean-Christophe Carret, to discuss cooperation in economic and social development.

The meeting addressed the World Bank’s support for transport, railway, and infrastructure projects related to Iraq’s strategic Development Road project, which aims to link Iraq with the European continent through Turkey, according to a statement released by the Iraqi Finance Ministry.

The statement also noted that the discussion included financing programs for Iraq’s Social Fund for Development. These projects aim to improve the quality of services provided to Iraqi citizens, promote economic growth, and create new job opportunities.

These initiatives are designed to support small and medium-sized businesses, reduce unemployment and poverty rates, and expand Iraq's road and transportation network.

Both parties expressed hope that successful cooperation agreements could be reached to help Iraq achieve sustainable growth.

The Shanghai Exchange Corporation and Russia are working on a BRICS payment system. 

This new International Digital Payment System is expected to be discussed at the BRICS summit on October 22nd through the 24th of 2024.  ;

After discussions during the summit, Russia in cooperation with a Shanghai Exchange Corporation will begin the implementation process of moving the trading world into a new payment system. Remember, this is over 80% of trade that takes place around the world on the water, and it has the power to influence exchange rates.

Many countries are already beginning to join the BRICS Nations as trading partners utilizing a gold standard in trade to level the playing field. Other countries will be added as we go along. 

This is expected to change the Global Financial system in a profound way especially in the area of currency valuations being traded locally instead of through the dollar as the World Reserve Asset. 

From that point on, we can expect changes to begin processing themselves AS the BRICS Nations begin to mobilize their new payment system.

I am not calling an RV date at that time, but I will say that price pressures on new currencies being utilized on the market will begin to show signs of new movement.

After the bombing of Ain al-Assad, Biden announces discussing steps to respond, 6 AUGUST

 Shafaq News/ The White House announced that US President Joe Biden was briefed on the missile attack that took place on Monday on the Ain al-Assad air base in Iraq, which hosts US forces.

Meanwhile, Biden said in a clarification: “Earlier, the Vice President and I were briefed in the Situation Room on developments in the Middle East. We received updates on the threats posed by Iran and its proxies, diplomatic efforts to de-escalate regional tensions, and preparations to support Israel if it is attacked again.”

“We also discussed the steps we are taking to defend our forces and respond to any attack against our personnel in the manner and place of our choosing,” he added.

Reuters reported, citing American officials, on Monday, that a number of American soldiers were injured during a missile attack that targeted the Ain al-Assad base in Anbar province, which includes American forces and advisors to the international coalition, and that it was bombed with two missiles.

Meanwhile, an informed security source revealed that the targeting of Ain al-Assad base was prepared with 5 missiles that were loaded on the launch platform on the wheel, but the platform failed to launch the remaining missiles.

 The news is now really starting to ramp up.  Critical steps are coming forward...They're going to fall into place like clockwork.  August through September is going to be the most critical period in this investment that we've ever witnessed.

  Iraq just competed their 5 year development plan...That's basically the reform plan...They completed the reform plan, that's a required step for their accession to the World Trade.

They haven't implement their budget yet because they're waiting for the rate to change.  Everything in Iraq...the budget, the laws, the overturning the budget, everything out there is being stalled and delayed to be timed with the rate change.

...You have to look at their timing.  They finished the 5-year development plan around the end of July walking into the beginning of August.  Why? Timing.  They're about to revalue.  Their actions strongly suggest to me personally IMO I really feel they're going to be revaluing in August.

Pentagon comments on Ain al-Assad base bombing: We are assessing the damage, 6 AUGUST

The US Department of Defense (Pentagon) commented on the bombing of Ain al-Assad base, western Iraq, on Tuesday.

The US Department of State said: “We are assessing the damage following the missile attack on the Ain al-Asad base in Iraq.”

She confirmed: “A number of American soldiers were injured in that attack.”

Earlier, information obtained by Al-Rabia reported that “at 21:00, the Ain al-Assad base was targeted with two missiles launched from a white Kia vehicle.”

She explained that “the launch site was in the Haditha district, Al-Haqlaniyah area, Alwat Al-Samak.”

She pointed out that “the perpetrators of the operation left the vehicle and headed to an unknown destination.”

She confirmed that “warplanes are carrying out air sorties in the skies of Haditha district.”

'The Theft of The Century'...It's a big deal.  It's in the forefront again...They're going to claw back a lot of money.  A LOT of money.  Why is that important to you an d I? 

 If they claw back a lot of money it all goes back to the treasury.  Tens of billions of dinars or multiple billions of dollars.  It's all clawed back from people that stole their money from the citizens...We'd have to pay out on that [988 billion dinars] if they were able to keep them...Finding this stuff is amazing.  It's really good for the country...citizens and it's really good for you and I...

The delete the zeros project is real and it's not a lop...We've been over this and over this and I'm sticking to that.

Everybody's pretty much pumped, pretty much excited because the news that's been coming in is off the charts.  Saleh has been out for the last couple of weeks educating everybody... 

reiterating why they do what they do...and how they do it.  Economists coming out talking about what they believe the Central Bank of Iraq is dealing with with the Federal Reserve Bank, United States Treasury.  You can see these guys are serious...
