Now we can see the use of these Iranian militias stationed in Iraq.
Why have they not yet expelled them from Iraq?
We can clearly see how evil this man Nori al-Maliki is. He hates the Kurds and he hates the Jews. Does he even love himself? He is an evil man! But we wonder how he still exist even in Iraq?
Who is allowing this to happen. Like I said many years ago, there will NEVER be peace and total stability in Iraq unless this man is dealt with and justice is served upon him for what he has done and is doing to Iraq.
Is he really that powerful and protected that he can’t be touched? Will God intervene and help Iraq?
So, do you think this could, if these militia did react to Maliki’s call to fight (not saying they are going to listen to Maliki), effect the timing of the RV? Of course it would delay it, but it wouldn’t stop it.
I have been following you since I got into this investment. While I find some of your comments frustrating, they are the truth. I believe you. So today, when you said that you believe 1000% that the RV will not happen until November…again, frustrating that you don’t think it’s going to happen TODAY, but what I read into it is hopeful, and I read that it IS GOING to happen. We’ve waited this long, what’s another month. Please be right. We ALL need this to come to fruition. Thank you again.
2024 Census.. Planning receives 125 thousand tablets and stresses the confidentiality of citizens’ data

The Ministry of Planning announced that it has received 125,000 tablets that will be used by researchers and enumerators to conduct the general population census, which is expected to be implemented on the 20th of next month.
The ministry's media spokesman, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a press statement, "The past few days witnessed the arrival of 125,000 tablets to the ministry, which will be distributed among researchers and enumerators in the governorates to conduct the general population census that will be implemented on the 20th and 21st of next November, noting that a curfew will be imposed on these days to facilitate the procedures of the census employees."
He added that his ministry had prepared early to conduct the general population and housing census after efforts and preparations to implement the census had reached their peak, having made several strides through training and qualification operations for enumerators and researchers. Al-Hindawi explained that the aim of the census is to draw a picture and map of the demographic reality to diagnose development gaps and gaps and create an image represented by numbers, statistics, details, data and development reality through sectors related to the characteristics of life. He stated that the information that researchers will obtain from citizens will be of the highest degree of confidentiality and will be used exclusively for census purposes, noting that this procedure seeks to achieve development goals and diagnose the defect in order to develop solutions through a long-term plan that depends on the accuracy of the data to reach and identify the drawing of the new map that includes all the needs and services that should be provided. I have also had confirmation from my CBI contact that I am seeing these reforms within the correct light and should continue. I was also told that these reforms in the ISX are not going to drag out and the plan is to accomplish them in the next few months, prior to the end of the year. In a conversation with my CBI contact on Saturday I was told that if all goes well in the US elections, we can expect to see the preparation gearing to the reinstatement by the start of the project to delete the zeros and the swap out of the larger notes for the smaller denominations.
I was told this is now planned to begin shortly after the voting is over and the winners are announced. I was told we might have to wait for the inauguration ceremony to conclude to see the reinstatement occur.

THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ DECIDES TO CLOSE THE BABYLON BANK
The Central Bank of Iraq decided to close the Babylon Bank.
According to a document issued by the Central Bank of Iraq, addressed to the Babylon Bank, and received by “Al-Eqtisad News”, it decided to “refer the bank to forced liquidation based on the provisions of Article No. 69 of Banking Law No. 94 of 2004.
He added: “Appointing Ahmed Abdul Mahdi Nehme as liquidator of your bank.”
(This is the US Treasury inside Iraq as the strong arm to enforce Iraqi banking laws, something that was difficult for the CBI to do without repercussions from political members who used the banks to steal. Al-Maliki, one of Iraq’s most powerful Shia political leaders, stated that the fight against Israel is not only the duty of Lebanese Hezbollah but a responsibility for all militia groups and the people.
He criticized those celebrating the rumored death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, calling them a “germ within the nation’s body.” Al-Maliki also condemned the Arab world’s inaction, stating that it has “emboldened Israel to commit massacres and atrocities.”
The former Iraqi prime minister asserted that “the Israeli entity is living in fear, and the Arab media strengthens and supports it.” He declared, “We will enter Jerusalem and pray there; this is a divine promise that will inevitably be fulfilled.”
On Tuesday night, following Iran’s missile attacks against Israel, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani made a surprise visit to the Joint Operations Command headquarters, ordering security forces across the country to be on high alert and increase security awareness.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) fired several ballistic missiles at Israel last night, expanding the front of the Middle East conflict, raising concerns that Iraq could be drawn further into the war.
Since the start of the Gaza war and the subsequent fighting between Israel and Hezbollah, Iraqi militia groups have attacked Israel on numerous occasions. However, Israel has yet to respond to these attacks.
Now let’s get to work with today’s information about the RV.
No, the RV is not going to happen tomorrow, this week or even next week. This is NOT an everyday/ any day imminent event. Get it? How long have they (the intel gurus) been telling you this? What is their definition of “imminent”?
These are all unsubstantiated rumors based on gross over-speculation and incompetence by idiots who don’t really know what is going on in Iraq and how it effects our investment in the dinar. They hear something from somebody, it sounds plausible and then they spread the rumor over and over again. That is all they are doing. It is not FACTUAL. Sure, one day they will be correct but by then you won’t need them anyhow as the real news will be all over the internet anyhow. Get it? Folks, this is not a daily “guessing game”. All the information anyone needs is all in the news from Iraq. All you have to do it follow it and all you need is even half a brain to see how close they are to the RV, but just not yet.

As part of its financial reform efforts, Iraq’s Cabinet has approved the allocation of 4 billion dinars [$3 million] to the Iraqi Securities Commission for the modernization and maintenance of electronic systems used for stock and bond trading. The project, exempted from standard government contract procedures, will be executed in partnership with the U.S. company Nasdaq OMX.

Yes, these reforms are to progress the Iraqi Stock Market to a high level of stability. Opps… I said it again. Did I just use the term “stability”?
So, today we read that Iraq announces the launching of a new website of the Commission, indicating that “this event represents a milestone in the path of developing the investment infrastructure in Iraq.” We as investors can see that these reforms have come a long way in the Securities Commission to transform this vision of an Iraqi Stock Market into a tangible reality that serves all investors within the framework of the government’s plans and under the auspices of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani.
They also tell us that this effort is working to transform the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX) into an integrated electronic system that provides all citizens and investors with greater opportunities to participate in investment in a safe manner. The key word here is “safe” as they told us in their past news that corruption also plagued the ISX and a major contributor keeping many potential investors away form it.
As investors in the IQD, we can now clearly see that this must be addressed too prior to any reinstatement of the dinar on the currency exchanges.
Do you see it too? So, we must keep an eye out on these Pillars of Financial Reform as they will guide us to the RV. I have said this many times already and so I will continue this journey with you. I have also had confirmation from my CBI contact that I am seeing these reforms within the correct light and should continue. I also want to reinforce to everyone that many of these intel gurus still believe that the fiscal year for Iraq begins on Oct 1st. This is incorrect and they have told us many times already that for Iraq it begins on Jan 1st. It is funny and sad how I listen to their intel calls and they base information on deadlines for RV for the fiscal year ending Oct 1st and not Jan 1st. So right them I say they are lying and I just proved it again.
