Parliamentary Committee to Al-Eqtisad News: The Oil and Gas Law is Almost Complete, and This is What We Hope for from Barzani’s Visit to Baghdad

Member of the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee, Zainab Al-Moussawi, revealed today, Thursday, the latest developments in the Oil and Gas Law, while pointing to the impact of Masoud Barzani’s visit to Baghdad on the approval of the law.

Al-Moussawi said in an interview with Al-Eqtisad News: “So far, the draft oil and gas law is almost complete, with a high percentage that may reach 90%, but there are some objections from the Kurds regarding some points, which are summarized in handing over oil imports and exploited and unexploited natural resources to Baghdad, as Erbil refuses to do so.”

She added: "We hope that Masoud Barzani's visit will be the beginning of resolving the crisis of the law and its legislation after an agreement with the political foundations in Baghdad, which is the Coordination Framework, 𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙖𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙮'𝙨 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙨".

The member of the Parliamentary Oil Committee explained that "the Oil and Gas Law contributes to exploiting the largest possible amount of undiscovered oil fields and also contributes to achieving self-sufficiency in petroleum derivatives and optimal exploitation of wasted natural resources estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars that contribute to diversifying the state's financial resources."

People, do you know how extremely huge these two reports are?

This is the best news anyone can ask for that is not referring directly to rate & date while still indirectly giving you at least one of them without being specific. We are so close. Because in the second  report regarding the Oil & Gas this is the constitutional rights of the citizens to get a percentage of the oil revenues once it is passed. Do you know how long people have waited to hear this is about to be complete?

Former MP Ayoub Al-Rubaie confirmed on Tuesday that Washington failed in 5 files in Iraq.

Al-Rubaie said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “Iraq in 2024 differs in its general situation from 10 years ago in terms of its ability to face challenges, its cohesion on the internal front, and directing many files in the right directions, But at the same time the challenges are present, even if they are in varying proportions.”

He added, “Washington failed in five files in Iraq:

1.imposing the agenda on regional and international issues,

2.trying to distance it from the Palestinian issue,

3.maintaining the demand to remove its forces from the country despite the pressure,

4.in addition to the decline in the influence of the dollar with the change of the economic compass to the basket of various currencies.”

He pointed out that “America’s withdrawal from Iraq is just a matter of time,” pointing out that “national sovereignty is a red line and Baghdad has become more capable of facing challenges.”

It is noteworthy that most of the Iraqi national forces are determined to remove the American forces from Iraq, according to what was stated in the Iraqi parliament’s decision.

· His contacts in Brazil whom he personally got involved in currencies (Camper Event) have informed him they've not been called in, nor have they been funded. 

Furthermore, these men haven't heard anything new from their channels in Brazil. 

· WORLDWIDE look at Mil. Three areas of concern are Chyna/Taiwan, Israel/Lebanon & NorKo/SoKo

·Moreover, Russia is giving surface-to-air missiles to countries, which will prove to be a game change r

·Israeli forces are getting pounded by two Marine Expeditionary Units. 2000 Marines involved, Air, Sea & Land Capability. 

·He explained further that there's no way we can legally get involved unless a US Force is attacked, which would then result in a Declaration of W@r. False Flags should remain on everyone's radar. Also keep in mind that an emergency proclamation such as this could cancel an election. 

·My friend remains hopeful, but after being involved in this so long, he remains dubious, especially being aware of sources who are suspect. 

·His son's unit has just been called to deploy. First Sargent presumed they will be going to either Israel or Chyna/Taiwan.
