THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC APPROVES THE 2024 BUDGET SCHEDULES
Today, Thursday, President Abdul Latif Rashid ratified several laws, including the 2024 budget schedules.
The Presidency of the Republic stated in a statement received by {Al-Furat News}, that “The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, ratified a number of draft laws, which are the schedules of the Federal Budget Law for the year 2024, the first amendment to the law against prostitution and homosexuality, and the law extending the work of the Independent High Electoral Commission.” And the first amendment law to the law regulating the rent of agricultural lands and ownership of the right to dispose of them for agricultural and veterinary graduates.”
She added, “The laws were sent after their approval by the President of the Republic for publication in the Iraqi newspaper Al-Waqa’i to enter into force.”
The Presidency of the Republic confirmed that it is “moving forward in supporting legislation and laws that are in the interest of the country and citizens, by approving the laws approved by the House of Representatives, as well as by submitting draft laws by the Presidency of the Republic to the House of Representatives for the purpose of discussing and approving them.”

In my last Newsletter I talked about my conversation with my CBI contact at that time. What did she tell me then?
She told me basically the US are bastards. Opps… I wasn’t supposed to tell you that. But I owe you the TRUTH! I am no longer going to hold back. My contact told me the same. This is now ridiculous. The US Treasury knows damn well to kickoff the 3rd phase of the strategic plan was to bring the dinar back to FOREX.
They were in meetings held to talk about this 3rd stage to the overall plan.
This manipulation is really sad. A decade ago, I could hardly make these claims.
But come ‘on folks it has been 20 years already and the entire Europe was rebuilt in a shorter timespan post WW2.
But who cares about Iraq, they say. Yes, as long as the oil if flowing, they are taking their corrupt share, the US politicians don’t give a shit about the people of Iraq. Shame, shame, shame on them. Yes, this means democrats and republicans too.

Judge Wael Abdul Latif, an MP and former minister, called on the government and political forces on Tuesday to reject the Basra-Aqaba pipeline project. He said that the project is suspicious because it is bad for Iraq, good for normalizers, and good for the Zionist organization.
Abdul Latif said in an explanation to , “The Basra-Aqaba pipeline project is an American-Zionist venture to drag Iraq onto the way of standardization with the Zionist substance, as well as helping Jordan and Egypt, which are normalizing relations with the Zionist element. It likewise comprises monetary mischief and a misuse of the Iraqi nation’s cash.”
He added, “The venture, since its declaration until now, has needed straightforwardness and clearness,” noticing that “it addresses an American-Zionist undertaking whose objective is to convey Iraqi oil to the usurping Zionist element.”
Abdul Latif approached the public authority and political powers to reject and cut short the undertaking, as a dubious task is unsafe to Iraq and useful to the normalizers.
The Iraqi Opposition Coordination restored its serious intention to target American interests in Iraq and the locale assuming Israel dispatches its assault on Lebanon, taking note of that the Basra-Aqaba pipeline plan will be the start of standardization with next to no benefit to Iraq.

There are supposedly movement of Kurdish leaders in Iraq visiting Baghdad and the rumor is the HCL will be nailed down tight…done, done, done…and the announcement could be today.
Comment: Let’s hope July 4th is “the Thursday”... MarkZ: There are a lot of rumors going around that this is the “go”...We don’t know. No one knows the timing.

[via PDK] I feel that as far as Iraq is concerned it is done and prepared. They are just waiting on the “go” so they can announce and move forward.
On the Treasury side the rumors are dropping left and right. Everthing from “It’s tomorrow” to “oh no- they delayed it another month” Crazy rumors….same sources are telling different people different things. That tells us its “MISINFORMATION” and it is done on purpose. Stay calm and remember the fundamentals. Iraq is still looking great. They still have the new ATM’s, they still have conversations saying they are going to delete the zeros. And they are still having the conversations about releasing the lower denominations in July…things still look great.

[via PDK] there are some things out of Iraq that should make us feel good today...“The President of Iraq approves the 2024 budget schedules” Rashid approves a number of laws including the 2024 budget tables. My contacts over there are saying they got the budget tables posted in the Gazette…but did not get a new rate. They let us know that they figured the budget of 2024 on an average price of a barrel of oil at $80 USD. This is progress. Something fun popped into the news yesterday...both from banks and exchange locations in Iraq. There was a notice that they are expecting distribution of lower denomination bills in July. Both of the confirmations I received this morning from contacts on the ground inside of Iraq used the same words that they were told to expect them to distribute/disperse lower denominations in July. That tells us how stinking close we are...Why would they need theses lower denominations unless the currency is worth more? ... ..I do not believe there is a new rate in the Gazette this morning. I am not expecting one till Wednesday. I have heard that Sudani has signed off on the budget and it is supposed to be headed to the Gazette. There was some hope it would be printed this morning. |

We are now hearing from our news on Channel One that Iraq has been fully accepted into the WTO. This is going to be official...July the 18th. FRANK: To join the WTO Iraq does not need a currency with value. No, that's not the point. Iraq needs a currency that has no restrictions, no handcuffs, no limitations in order for it to float on an international market...whatever the case this is very good.
The television is saying parliament committee is saying there is a new number in the budget. They just admitted we have a new exchange rate and they say they want to be in charge of it, that they want to control, they want to put some votes...Saying the budget has numbers that will change and that's unconstitutional without another reading...It is a 15 day appeals process..
