Central Bank publishes mechanism of imposing fines on private banks
The Central Bank of Iraq revealed the mechanism of imposing fines on private banks and banks.
According to a document issued by the bank on the third of this month, “we would like to inform you that the imposition of fines on banks and non-bank financial institutions is done through a competent committee in this bank based on the Central Bank Law No. (56) of (2004) and the Banking Law No. (94) of (2004) and the instructions and controls that regulate banking operations.”
He added that due to the violation of these laws, instructions and controls by the bank or non-banking financial institution, the purpose of imposing fines on banks and non-bank financial institutions is to prevent them from committing violations of the laws mentioned above and the instructions issued under them to protect them and ensure their safety and the safety of the financial sector in general.

As of May 2024, gold makes up 4.9% of China's foreign exchange reserves. Central Banks have been buying gold at record rates around the world to achieve their Independence and Sovereignty.
The bond market plays an important role in the valuation of financial assets. The utilization of this financial tool will aid the countries who have moved through their Article 4 consultations with the IMF to achieve financial clarity and direction.
China intends to move into their Treasury Bond Market gradually. They intend to use this as a liquidity tool to help manage interest rates and move their monetary system forward through the support of gold as collateral instead of the dollar.
Other countries around the world are in process of doing the same. Over time, we will be witnessing an increase of exchange rates determined by each country's ability to collateralize their newfound level of Independence through gold as it deflates their inflating economies.
It is important for us to watch these new trends as they will create new valuations upon currencies that have been lying dormant for many years. These new local currencies being traded between nations going forward will soon be operating from their own strength and support through gold.

The World Bank Predicts Iraq's Economic Future In 2026
Economy | 12:19 - 06/23/2024 Baghdad - Mawazine News The World Bank expected, today, Sunday, that Iraq will achieve economic growth of more than 5% in the year 2026.
The bank stated in a report followed by Mawazine News, that “Iraq’s economic growth for the year 2022 reached 7.6%, and in 2023 it decreased.” To reach - 2.9%.
He expected Iraq's economic growth to decline in 2024 to reach 0.3%, to achieve growth in 2025 of up to 3.8%, and to achieve growth in 2026 of up to 5.3%.

➡️ This tells the Redemption Center officials whom you must have fluid communication with regarding your RC appointment/funding. You need to speak openly. This might be a spouse or a partnering director of your humanitarian projects (healing center, etc). Keep this a very short list. They blab - you lose. NDA is for a limited time. Anyone with any self control can keep certain details/information secret for a short duration of time. Maybe 60 to 90 days, possibly longer for someone who gets an obscene amount. We don't know the length as it'll be disclosed to each person at his/her appointment.

Name, address, email, mobile phone, land line/home/office. * They need to know any phone number you two might use that will allow any open form of communication between you both.
I suggest you type your Addendum and bring it with you due to the fact that RC will be secret and protected area and cell phones will likely not be permitted inside the premises. Example - they won't want anyone to have the ability to take video inside, no pictures (or selfies) to commemorate the big event. We can take those later. I've suggested to people to bring a digital audio recorder to record what's being said. That's what I'm doing because my mind will be all a buzz that day and I don't want to miss anything. 🙂
I'm just making a point to say that about your cell phone, because if you're like me, everyone's important contact information is stored in your device. Well, what if your RC won't allow cell phone use inside? That's why you have got to be prepared and bring this Addendum contact info with you, in my opinion. Those who don't bring this info along with, will also likely have the chance to mail it into the RC officials after-the-fact, in my opinion.
