 The rate change is here...   Article: "Sudanese directs to hold an extraordinary session next Sunday to discuss the 2024 budget schedules"  The reason council of Ministers which normally meet on Tuesday are meeting on Sunday is they can only meet after the rate changes...They are reducing the deficit.  To reduce the deficit you have to reduce your expenses, cost and figures.  The only way they can do that is revaluing the currency...This step is contingent upon the rate change.

 The rate has to change before parliament can approve the amendments to this budget.  This is why I showed you the final countdown a few days ago because I knew this was coming forward and here it is for you...

  ...Here's the reason why right here...The approval of Iraq's budget is waiting on the rate change.   That's why it's been outstanding/ pending for 6 weeks.  This week we're entering into will be its seventh week.  In order for them to complete and approve, the budget is waiting for the rate to change ...You're seeing countless articles on this.  This is a critical piece to the timing of the rate change.

The next big step in this is we want to see when Iraq will be amending their budget...They can amend it before or after the rate changes...

 This weekend coming up would be the historical anniversary date of when Kuwait reinstated their currency - March 24, 1991

 Iraq technically does not need to amend the budget if they're not changing their rate.  

The budget already covers their operating expenses.  But they would need surplus funds to cover the reforms.  The reforms are contingent upon the rate changing.  They can't bring these reform package forward if the rate does not change.  The only reason they're amending the budget is because the rate is changing...The step of amending the budget can happen either before or after the rate changes  ... They will probably announce Thursday or Friday as to when they plan to amend the budget, which they'll probably do around this weekend...

A presidential advisor reveals Nechirvan Barzani’s messages during his visits to Baghdad

Shafaq News/ The Iraqi political arena has recently witnessed a noticeable increase in the movements of the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, internally and externally. He visited Baghdad repeatedly and held a series of important meetings with Iraqi officials. He also went to the Iranian capital, Tehran, on a visit described as “historic,” during which he met With senior officials there.

As soon as he returned to Erbil, a few days later he headed towards the capital, Baghdad again, where he met with the presidents of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Federal Supreme Court, after which he held a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Federal Government, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani.

In conjunction with Barzani’s presence in the federal capital, a Kurdish delegation headed by the Minister of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government arrived in Baghdad yesterday evening, Tuesday, to discuss amendments to the budget law, specifically those related to the region’s share.

Those concerned believe that Barzani’s repeated visits to Baghdad carry several messages and implications, the most prominent of which is the convergence of viewpoints to untie the knot of issues that have been stuck between Baghdad and Erbil for years without resolution, as well as an emphasis on the region’s constitutional and legal rights.

In this regard, Kurdistan Regional Presidency Advisor, Khairy Youzani, told Shafaq News Agency, “We can say that this visit and previous visits by the President of the Kurdistan Region to Baghdad contributed to reopening channels of dialogue and communication between Erbil and Baghdad, after a period of tension and escalation.”

He added, “The visits also discussed a number of important outstanding issues between the two sides, such as the financial file, the situation in the Kurdistan Region, and other joint files.”

He points out that, “In general, they are positive visits and call for optimism about the future of relations between the two parties, but the matter requires diligent follow-up by both sides to translate their results into reality and achieve tangible progress in resolving the outstanding issues.”

Youzani confirms that “the visits and discussions focus on dialogue with the Iraqi government to resolve outstanding disputes, especially financial ones, such as the salaries of Kurdistan Region employees. The President of the Region also seeks to affirm the constitutional rights of the Kurdistan Region, including its right to self-determination and management of its natural resources.”

He explains that “the visits also aim to strengthen economic cooperation with the Iraqi government and attract investments to the Kurdistan Region. The President of the Region also focuses on the necessity of finding joint solutions to issues of concern to the Kurdish and Iraqi peoples, such as security and combating terrorism. He also shows his commitment to resolving differences with Baghdad through dialogue.” and peaceful negotiations.

Regarding the messages that the Regional President wants to deliver through these visits, the Regional Presidency Advisor states, “I think that what the Regional President wants is to send a message that the Kurdistan Region is an essential partner of the Iraqi government, and that cooperation between them is necessary to achieve stability and prosperity in Iraq as a whole, especially since in every He once emphasized the region’s commitment to the Iraqi law and constitution, and he also wants to tell Baghdad that the Kurdistan Region is a stable, safe and attractive region for investment, and that it is striving to achieve development and prosperity for its people.

For his part, political affairs researcher Yassin Aziz, speaking to Shafaq News Agency, believes that “this is the beginning of a new phase and there is a decision by the Kurdish leadership and the president of the region for his presence to be continuous and frequent in Baghdad, as we witnessed two visits to him last month and this visit is also important.” “Especially after his successful visit to Iran.”

He continues, “I imagine that the repeated visits of the President of the Region to Baghdad and his meetings, whether party, political, or governmental, with officials give a good motivation and a strong incentive to address the outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad.”

Regarding the agreements between the two sides, Aziz says, “There are political and administrative agreements, whether between parties or governments, so I imagine that the implementation of previous agreements and commitments will be sufficient to address the issues and there will actually be a sustainable treatment and removal of all issues and dismantling of all crises and complexes that existed between Erbil and Baghdad from time to time.” “.

He points out that “there is a special tendency among the President of the Region, and we heard him repeatedly say that the Region has begun to consider that its depth is in Baghdad and that the solutions must be with Baghdad and in it, and the continuous and strong presence of the President of the Region in Baghdad gives us the impression that the Kurdish leadership and the person of the President of the Region have an intention to be actively present.” And removing any misunderstanding or crisis that the relationship between Erbil and Baghdad is going through.”

The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, visited Baghdad on April 27, and held discussions with Federal Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani. He also met with the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, and many leaders of Shiite and Sunni political parties and blocs.

He also participated in both the coordination framework meeting of the Shiite parties, and the regular meeting of the state administration coalition, which continued until late at night, and Barzani stressed the region’s serious desire to resolve the disputes and outstanding issues with the federal government in accordance with the provisions of the country’s permanent constitution.

From Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, Barzani headed on May 5 to the Iranian capital, Tehran, on his fifth visit in 11 years, where he met with the Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, and senior Iranian political leaders, and Barzani returned on the same day. Yesterday, Tuesday, he visited the capital, Baghdad again.

US negotiations to supply Iraq’s electricity with 3,000 megawatts

Shafaq News / Iraqi Minister of Electricity Ziad Ali Fadel discussed with the US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Affairs Jeffrey Payat on Wednesday that the electrical system was supplyed by about 3,000 thousand new megawatts through the implementation of new energy projects.

This came during the reception of the Iraqi Minister of Electricity, of the US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Affairs, in the presence of the US Ambassador in Baghdad, Alena Romanoski, according to a statement received by Shafaq News.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation between the two countries in the field of energy, where Fadel reviewed the projects it is implementing by the ministry in the production, distribution and transport sectors, and its plans to diversify energy supply sources through a package of projects for electrical connection and other projects in the field of clean energy.

The meeting touched on the role of American and foreign companies in contributing to the modernization of the infrastructure of the electricity sector in Iraq. The Minister of Electricity referred to the contracts concluded with (GE) to qualify and maintain production plants for 5 years, as well as the conversion of gas stations from simple cycles to the complex cycles currently implemented by the American company in more than one location in Iraq.

The two sides discussed, according to the statement, accelerating the implementation of the terms of the memorandum of cooperation concluded during the recent visit of Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani to Washington, including the supply of the electrical system by about 3,000 thousand new megawatts through the implementation of new energy projects.

The Iraqi Minister of Electricity called on American companies to submit their offers for the smart transformation project in the electrical system, which the ministry is implementing in selected areas of Baghdad and the provinces as a first stage, expecting that this project will contribute to improving the performance of the electrical network and securing processing hours for citizens 24 hours a day.

For his part, the US official stressed Washington’s interest in supporting the Iraqi government’s steps in enhancing the performance of its electrical system, and moving towards investment in clean energy projects suitable for the environment.

Welcome everybody to the big night. It's Tuesday, May 14TH and you're tuned into and listening to the big call. I just made an announcement for everybody to tune in to Newsmax, maybe like me keep the volume very low so you can still listen to the big call, and maybe catch a few things when President Trump made his presentation.

It hasn’t started yet so we'll kind of keep an eye on that if you want to. I've just got it recorded. So I'll check in check it out later.

These things don't tend to start exactly on time - if everybody's noticed that he tends to be at least 15 or 20 minutes late. I did not think this would be the case tonight.  I thought it would start pretty close to nine Eastern and go till 10 But we'll see what happens. 

All right. so I welcome everybody to a call tonight all over the globe. If you're listening, great. Good to have you. Let's do this. Let's pray the call in which we always do Tuesday and Thursday nights.

 I'm just gonna try to monitor this thing and see whether or not we've got somebody that just gave me a wrong time to the start of the Trump speech.  I'm just gonna see if there's anything happening here – ok II can’t tell – so 

Okay, all right. So what we said earlier about a presentation that President  Trump was going to make is at nine Eastern  - as I watched Newsmax I didn't see anything.  So something is off there. I don't know what it is. But we'll go into the intel without that. 

Now what was interesting, and actually, a little bit disconcerting was that on Saturday's rally in New Jersey there was an attempt made on President Trump as he was doing his rally from a black hat Secret Service agent. In other words, a bad guy posing and being a secret service agent.

Fortunately, four or five of guys that were bonafide white hat Secret Service were able to surround this guy and neutralize him and take him off. And that little incident rescinded our grip on the military temporarily.

And we had that about a week and a half ago, we had a green light and then a few days ago, we had all three green lights. We had one from military, one from Treasury and one from Wells Fargo. That said Go - Now. We didn't go. We didn't get to receive our toll free numbers by email or any other way - And we're back resetting now, where the green light was supposed to happen either late this afternoon for military late this afternoon or tonight.

Could have had good had to do with the so called presentation that President Trump was to make. Now if he made it, it didn't show up on Newsmax to I don't understand it because it's definitely not happened yet tonight

Maybe it's getting ready to go in that direction. We’ll see - Really. I'm not gonna wait on it. So otherwise, guys, we were set to go today. From most of our sources are things we would get notified today before lunch, didn't happen. 

And so now we're like okay, what is what is the plan?

And the latest thing that we got that might indicate a plan and came from the US Space Force, our contacts with the Space Force, and his or her contacts indicated that we would have a window of opportunity to receive our notifications between tonight and tomorrow night.

Now that's just the 15th - That's tomorrow. And that could very well be when we're notified. And we get this get her 800 numbers and we get to set our appointments. And maybe, maybe we start tomorrow or start on Charlie Ward's Thursday.

Just kidding about Charlie ward Thursday because he did have another day in mind. About six weeks ago, that did not happen. And I just bring that up as a possibility that it happens on another Thursday. It is a possibility that it could go this Thursday.

We need the numbers to come in by email. And we need all the three green lights to be lit up again. And then we can move forward. Move into our exchanges and move into our projects.

Now other than that it was good to us.  -  I think everybody really wants to know oh, here's one other thing. Yes, thank you.

This came in from one of our Iraqi sources today that he saw that there was a rate on the Iraqi dinar - it was over $8 and it was an in country rate - in country in Iraq, in Baghdad. Now.

You also noticed the dinar or excuse me the Dong is just below $8 - and these are kinda early rates – in country – in Iraq -  and we do know that the dinar  was not traded on forex on Sunday. 

Normally the Forex would look at five o'clock Eastern in the afternoon. And then you know, it's trading it's raining again for me. Well, we found it or did not go to light went on another trading platform tied to the Central Bank of Iraq and CBI. I don't know about that platform  but evidently  it showed up there. 

Now what did happen – get my dates right on this -- on Monday - President Sudani of Iraq - made two of his three announcements that he was going to make - We still have not learned what those announcements  were – at least we haven’t  -maybe somebody else does – I don’t  - and then that third announcement that was not made Sunday was made Monday morning by President Sudani

So it did happen yesterday. And now we're looking for something to come out of our side. Offensively, President Trump has some form of presentation and it could be it could be the first fruits of our USN and the fact that we have an asset backed currency. 

And the other thing that we got today was that the QFS  is the quantum financial system has been fully integrated into our banking system here connected to all banks - previously our accounts that we have in our banks now -  were mirrored with the quantum financial system.

As of yesterday, all of our accounts are actually live in the quantum financial system – that is a point of interest that we have now, where we are fully integrated, and on the quantum financial system all of our current accounts are that way. So, we're lined up ready to move forward. And we thought yesterday that that was a great indicator that we could get notified today, and we were supposed to.

That didn't happen for some reason - and we were supposed to get notified us later this afternoon – and that didn’t happen - And the theory was maybe the trigger to get notified would be the  presentation that President Trump was going to make tonight. Now if it ended up on right side broadcasting and if it ended up on American new network - I don't know it but those were two platforms that I was supposed to be on - As well as Newsmax -  which it has not showed up on 

So -- I'm gonna say, at this point, we're not sure what happened.  We'll figure it out.

Will we have another call Thursday night? I don't know. We'll have to see what happens. We'll have to wait and see which is one of those expressions we all hate to hear. Let’s wait and see what happens.  

But -- as far as Intel goes, we know we're super close.

We know that the banks have been trained all the way down. Most banks not every single bank, for some reason, has been fully trained all the way down to the teller level about currencies.

And now it's a matter of throwing the switch and letting us toll free numbers and setting our appointments.

So that's what I'm going to tell you tonight for Intel. It's not a whole lot, but I think we're very close to that's going - hopefully the Intel we're getting from the US Space Force is accurate and we see something between tonight and tomorrow night.

All right, so that would be on the 15th. So let's see what happens.
